Posizione ottima, si raggiungono facilmente a piedi sia la Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències che il centro della città.
Appartamento ben curato, comodo e pulito.
Pratico l'accesso con codice.

Cons:

Se hai la camera con la finestra sulla strada potrebbe essere un po' rumoroso ma

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder.

Sehr sauber. Tolle Lage. Nur 10 Fussminuten von den phantastischen Museen entfernt. Bequemes Bett.

Da es keinen Kleiderschrank gibt, wären einige Kleiderbügel schön gewesen.

Everywhere clean and tidy, comfortable beds. Opening with PIN codes. Place to store luggage after check out. Maybe a box in the small reception. Departure only after 14 hours

Clean comfy king size bed.

Cons:

Too minimalistic. We didn't have anywhere to put all our clothes. We booked a one bedroom apartment but it was a Studio....everything in one space. No staff at reception but it stated 24 hour managed. We heard everything above us and corridors as thin walls. Everything echoing. This is not what we expected.

Good family stay with some room for improvement
Pros:

We are a family of 3 with a 31-month-old child and stayed here in March. The apartment was clean, spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. A high chair was provided, and the sofa bed was very comfortable.

The location is good for families as it is not far from Gulliver Park and the City of Arts & Sciences.

We arrived about an hour earlier than the check-in time (1pm) and met the cleaners (a family business). They were very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage, which was helpful. There were enough towels, toilet paper and kitchen equipment, and overall it worked well for our 4-night stay.

We paid €432 for 4 nights including the weekend, which was okay for the space and location.

Cons:

Apartment 1 is right next to the footpath, so although the windows reflect during the day and people cannot really see inside, we still kept the curtains closed most of the time.

The shower leaks at the corner and the floor gets flooded. I contacted the manager and was told it would be fixed ASAP, but nothing was done during our stay, which was inconvenient.

There is a shared washing machine, but no washing detergent provided, so we had to buy a whole package just for one or two uses.

The apartment is not very soundproof. At times it felt like sleeping on the street as you can hear people walking and talking outside. Saturday night was quite noisy, although the other nights were generally quiet enough. The sound of doors banging and noise from the hallway could also be heard, and we could occasionally hear neighbours, though it wasn’t too bad overall.

Pros:

Szuper helyen van, közel (kb. 5 p séta) a Művészetek Városa. Nagyon szép, jól felszerelt, kényelmes ágy, a konyhában minden van, ami szükséges. Nem utcára néz, hanem a belső udvarra, aminek nagyon örültünk. (7. apartmann)
Előbb érkeztünk pár órával, de elfoglalhattuk a szállást, ami nagy könnyebbség volt, köszönjük! Nyugodt környék, tiszta, csendes, barátságos. Közel vannak kávézók, boltok, buszmegálló.

Cons:

Szőnyeg jól jött volna, mert nagyon hideg a járólap. Hűvös a szoba, mert földszinti és nem süt be a nap, de gondolom nyáron amikor melegebb van, akkor nincs ilyen gond. A klíma jól működött, csak sok idő volt mire felmelegítette a helyiséget. A melegvíz sokára jön a zuhanyból. Kicsit áthallatszik a szomszéd, de nem vészes. A wifit nem tudtuk a TV-hez csatlakoztatni, de igazából nem is bántuk, hogy nem nézzük a tv-t, ezért nem is szóltunk.

Al lado del parque Gulliver y cerca del Oceanogràfic. Apartamento cómodo con todo lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana.

Cons:

Llamamos al número facilitado ya que no localizábamos los apartamentos y no contesto nadie. Llamamos dos veces.

Good setting but unfortunate weather conditions

Cons:

Unfortunately during our stay it rained every day and the apartment wasn’t really geared up for drying out clothes.
The bathroom was well equipped but the shower leaked all over the floor making it very slippery.
