Pros:

L'appartamento è situato in una zona in cui si può andare a piedi a visitare la città dell'arte e delle scienze, adiacente ad un vasto parco del turia. L'appartamento è accogliente e pulito, il gestore risponde velocemente a qualsiasi informazione gli viene richiesta. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, è molto comodo L'appartamento sanche per cucinare ed essere indipendenti.

Otima soluzione per visitare tutte le zone della città
Pros:

Stanza spaziosa, bagno molto grande, dotazione della cucina adeguata, asciugamani e lenzuola morbide e di qualità. Letto comodissimo.

Cons:

stanza rumorosa poichè lato strada e adiacente al portone d'ingresso.
Il box doccia avrebbe bisogno di essere sistemato poichè durante l'utilizzo l'acqua si riversa fuori... e la porta scorrevole danneggiata ne è la prova.

Dimensione delle camere e posizione

Cons:

Soggiorno pessimo. L'unico aspetto positivo è la posizione, ma non giustifica in alcun modo lo stato in cui abbiamo trovato la struttura. Al nostro ingresso la camera non era stata rifatta, ma questo è stato solo l'inizio del disagio.

Il bagno è una trappola di umidità: cieco, senza finestre e senza alcun sistema di ventilazione forzata, emana un odore nauseabondo di chiuso. La situazione è diventata insostenibile quando abbiamo riscontrato che il bagno era sporco di escrementi lasciati dai precedenti occupanti o da qualche altra persona.

Siamo stati costretti a uscire per acquistare a nostre spese candeggina e spray per ambienti, passando il tempo della nostra vacanza a pulire e igienizzare un servizio che avremmo dovuto trovare impeccabile. È vergognoso che un ospite debba rimediare con le proprie mani e i propri soldi alla negligenza totale della gestione. Struttura assolutamente da evitare se tenete alla vostra salute e al decoro.

La limpieza.Las instalaciones.La ubicación.La gentileza en el trato de nuestra interlocutora siempre tratando de facilitar la estancia

Pondría una segunda cortina transparente en las ventanas qué dan a la calle por que si bien no se ve desde afuera por el espejado.Da una sensación de vulnerabilidad a la privacidad cuando corres el Black-out.

Pros:

Apartamento muy espacioso, limpio, cama cómoda.
La ubicación muy buena para nuestra visita, cerca del oceanografic, del parque guilliver para niños de tres años, acceso rápido al parque del Turia.
Lineas de bus cercanas para ir al centro, aunque andando era un paseo.
Comodidad de puerta sin llave, solo con código.

Cons:

No es algo que no nos gustará, simplemente, echamos de menos un recogedor y una escoba. Al estar varios días, con un niño y haciendo algunas comidas, el suelo se ensucia fácilmente.

3 giorni intensi a Valencia
Pros:

La camera era veramente spaziosa, arredata in modo moderno. Volendo era presente anche una cucina bellissima con tutto l'occorrente, anche se non l'abbiamo sfruttata. La posizione era comoda ai mezzi per raggiungere in centro, e proprio accanto al parco con la scultura del gigante Gulliver. I signori che si sono occupati della pulizia della camera sono stati sempre premurosi che tutto fosse a posto, e ci hanno dato tante dritte su cosa visitare.
