Pros:

Удобное расположение между основными достопримечательностями, спокойный район. Хорошая планировка помещения, наполнение кухни, удобная кровать, чистое бельё и полотенца. Сильный напор воды и регулировка её температуры.

Cons:

Расположено на нулевом этаже, электронные замки без физического ключа, мало места для верхней одежды и чемоданов, плохая звукоизоляция - слышно всё, что происходит в коридоре и других апартаментах. Водоотведение медленное, раковина в ванной шероховатая, широкая и требует постоянной очистки

Pros:

Все было отлично, хорошее расположение, рядом были мусорные баки и продуктовый магазин. В самой квартире было все необходимое для отдыха.

Cons:

Одну ночь в 8 утра начали сверлить дверью, но это был будний день и такие работы разрешены в такое время. Одно полотенце было с неотстиранными пятнами крови или чего-то красного. Думаю просто не заметили.

Very fun holiday in a spacious clean apartment
Pros:

The appartement was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The host responds quick enough and is helpful. Also the location is very nice.

Cons:

The door to the hallway is quite noisy. You don’t hear noise in between rooms only people in the hallway that slam doors for example. Also we would have liked a balcony or outside space.

The location was 10/10 - you go out and you are in the park and you see Calatrava's buildings and museums right away. Its 10min from center also.
The apartment number 1 was very spacious, big bathroom, evrrything was clean.
