Pros:

Service not good , i asked for a guest stay for 2 hours , for which they charges Rs. 800 extra . I can't understand why ????.

Also restaurant is not available. If you ask for tea and coffee, it comes in cold conditions.

Service is very poor .

Cons:

Room allotted to me was dark. No view. No sunlight. Smaller than expected. They don’t serve tea before 8:15 am ,that too after several reminders. They outsource food from one Bhagwati Caterers. The rice served to me for dinner was freezing cold wrapped in aluminium foil.

Looking at the price to compare. They still can improve the services
