No ac!!! Great location
The only thing good about this place is location. The Wi-Fi did not work which meant the TV did not work. We requested this to be fixed many times to no avail. There was mould in the shower and we had to request an extra cup as there was only one the stairs to this apartment are very steep and narrow and would not be suitable for elderly. The poor design of the exit point meant we got locked in a foyer for some time before we managed to get somebody’s attention. There was nothing to say. We could not use this particular exit. The air conditioning did not work properly and was not fixed even though we requested it to be.
We had a great stay overall at this aparthotel in Paris! The space was clean, fresh, and looked recently updated—especially loved the modern bathroom. Compared to typical Paris hotel rooms, this apartment felt spacious and comfortable for me and my daughter.
That said, there are a few things future guests should be aware of. The apartment is not accessible for elderly or mobility-impaired individuals—there are two flights of narrow, winding stairs to climb, and no elevator. The WiFi also didn’t work properly during our stay, which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.
One major heads-up: there’s a damage deposit required three days before arrival. I somehow missed that detail and was definitely caught off guard. If I had seen it during booking, I likely would’ve chosen a different property, as many other listings include those fees upfront.
Overall, a lovely stay—but make sure to read the fine print and consider the stairs and deposit before booking!
We could not use the shower as it drained so slowly it rapidly overflowed. We contacted facility manager by phone, no answer. By messages twice, no answer.
No tissue box, bad blunt knives in kitchen, toilet in a narrow little corner of bathroom. Fan not working. Dangerous, narrow staircase to get to apartment. Quite an exercise with big suitcases for elderly couple! Overpriced for lack of overall level of comfort.
Wife is not happy about this property.
We rented comfy studio unit.
It does not have elevator, and stair were extremely narrow.
Worse part is that many things were not working property including wifi, air conditioner, and kitchen sink. Shower place is super small, so is the vanity.
Communication is not so well. After complaint were made, no improvement or action were taken. We have no wifi for our entire stay.
This is a good property for “single man” who does not care too much about quality of living. It’s continent, close to everything.
Just not good enough if traveling with a lady.
