A nice quiet comfortable place to relax offering good value for money.
Pros:

Nice spacious rooms, nice bathroom/ shower set up, good shower pressure. A nice pool with small gym on the same floor, so quite handy for a little bit of exercise. Located in a quiet area and handy to a few cafes, small supermarkets, and a short walk to the Score Sports Bar in the next street. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Nothing that I can think of. There is currently no restaurant, but several cafes and places to eat nearby. There could be some construction about to start next door, so not sure how much inconvenience that may cause in the near future.

Great location
Pros:

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now and value for money is excellent. The rooms are huge and the staff very helpful. Pool area is also quite nice and the location is excellent very close to Lanka Lane.

Cons:

The wifi isn't very good, as with a lot of hotels in PP!

And today you have advised me to call a number which turns out to be ai operated and advised me back to the Website what a total mess this has been I highly advise against using this booking service unless you are a fan of financial loss and severe stress and repetitive ignorance.

It’s in a great location and offers excellent value for money
Pros:

Check-in was smooth. The hotel’s location was very convenient, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Although this hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, there’s a place just a minute walk away that serves breakfast starting at 6 a.m., so I had no trouble at all having breakfast.
The room was clean, and there were absolutely no issues with cleanliness. Hotels in Phnom Penh often don’t have hot water in the morning or during hours many guests use, but this hotel had hot water at all times, so I had absolutely no trouble taking a shower.

Cons:

The only downside was the Wi-Fi.
The signal was very weak on the upper floors, so you should assume it won’t connect at all. After moving to a room on a lower floor, the Wi-Fi was fast and the signal was strong, so the Wi-Fi issue was resolved.
I felt that the Wi-Fi in the lobby was the fastest.
