Great wee appartment and secure complex.
Pros:

Appartment location ideal for my visit to friends in the area, The Appartment was clean and well proportioned. Air conditioning in sitting room and bedroom. Basic kitchen with two ring hob, microwave, sink and washing machine. The Bathroom had excellent shower with great hot and cold water pressure supplied from appartment boiler, sink, toilet and bidet. The sitting room has dining table with four seats. Large sofa, coffee table, TV and wifi. The large balcony has two chairs a table and two sun loungers. Which looks like it would be a great little sun trap in better weather. The grounds looked clean and well looked after.
The access to property via front gate and into appartment was via key pad entry system, once you had the code and knew which keypad to use was excellent. I would definitely use this property again.

Cons:

On arrival, I could not gain access to the property until 4pm, this is as advertised, so I have no complaint. Unfortunately when I arrived I was unsure how to access the appartment. I was given a code but there are several key boxes and login pads. Fortunately I was given instructions from a gentleman who was working in the grounds at the time. I think due to time of arrival or time of year (28th December) the reception was unattended. A slight Inconvenience, maybe, made worse by the fact I had been travelling since 3am and was pretty tired. On entry to appartment I had hoped to find a welcome pack with some basic supplies. Unfortunately not, though this was not advertised, so again I can have no complaint. I then had to find a store to stock up on sundries like bottled water, bread etc. A safe is available if you pay a fee at reception which was not open.

Good value for money
Pros:

Although the reception was not open whilst we stayed there we were able to contact staff via WhatsApp and they always replied quickly and were extremely helpful. The maintenance and cleaning staff were friendly

Excellent appartament for 2, Good Wifi, comfortable beds. Convinient late check-in. Good contact with staff. Free parking on the street next to the building. Clean swimming pool

We woud not stay there again
Pros:

The location was as expected as we know the area well,having had a house nearby for 20 years.

Cons:

The kitchen in the first apartment was awful. We were moved, for a fee, to a four person apartment which had a bigger kitchen. The shower had no thermostat (how could you shower a small child in it I don't know) and it was easy to get 65 degree water suddenly shooting out.The shower cubicle was too small. The second apartment was missing a safe which we were told was a specification for the first apartment only. However one was produced and fitted in about twenty minutes.We also had to ask for the iron and hairdryer.There was no enforcement or even a notice about not making noise after 11pm to 8 am.There was street-parking only, that should be specified in the brochure.

Great, clean apartment with sea view balcony.
Pros:

Location is excellent and security very good. Demitri the Manager was very pleasant and helpful. Apartment was simply furnished and very clean. Loved the private balcony with distant sea views. Plenty if space / great WiFi connection.

Cons:

I booked a one bedroom apartment which was excellent. It was located up a flight of stairs which might be difficult for some people . However, Demitri was very obliging and carried my case for me.

Value for money but issue with swipe card
Pros:

Very good value for money. The place is kept clean and contains everything you need for a budget. When I asked about a taxi and a washing tablet via booking.com they were happy to oblige

Cons:

We came back at around 1am on the last night (Friday) to find out that the two swipe cards have been deactivated and that the front gate wouldn't open. We rang the number and did get through, but for a few minutes we were worried we'd be locked out. Should ensure the cards aren't prematurely deactivated.
