For the money I would look elsewhere.
Pros:

Good location near best restaurants. Beds were comfortable and good shower.

Cons:

It feels a let down on arrival, not as grand as it appears on their photos. There is a new build hotel attached to the left!
The breakfast is not very exciting, the fresh fruit was warm and unappetising and nobody serving. You have to ask for everything even the cutlery sometimes!
Poorly trained staff who don’t anticipate customer needs at all.

Richmond is not so great!
Pros:

Breakfast was made to order and overall quite good. Limited choice though. Buffet is only offered when the hotel has high occupancy but not great.

Cons:

Front office staff are woeful with a lousy sense of customer centricity. They quote policy for no reason and the check-in process was tedious.

Cons:

No privacy at all, the walls and doors are thin we can hear everything outside and inside! My room had a connecting door that made the next door guests voices awfully loud! Breakfast was not on time the next day saw a cockroach in the bread basket! Very bad experience
