Cons:

호텔 주변에 편의시설이 없어서 너무 불편했어요~
조식 불포함 상품으로 예약되어 조식 추가하려 하였으나 추가 비용이 제공식에 비해 불필요하게 비쌌으며.. 호텔은 오래된 건물로 유지 보수가 제대로 이루어지지 않아서 사진으로 봤던 것보다 룸 상태가 별로 였습니다. 세면대에 마개는 좀 끼워주셨으면 합니다~

애견 동반가능 호텔이라해서 3만5천원 추가금까지 내고 숙박을 했는데 아무런 애견용품 지급도 없고 다음날 카운터에 이야기 하니 배변 패드 2장이 끝.. 애견과 같이 식사할 장소도 없고 공지도 없어 캐리어에 동반으로 조식먹다 무작정 나오라고 해서 밥먹다 말고 나옴.. 호텔이라기 보다 동네 러브모텔을 개조한 호텔. 욕조에 모니터tv가 달려있어 보려고 했지만 고장나 있고 곰팡이 득실... 지하주차장은 쓰레기로 가득함,,,,시내에 위치한 호텔이라 가성비가 좋을 꺼라 생각했는데.... 1박에 15만원 가까이 내고 거기에 애견동반 추가금 까지 지불하고 그냥 동네 무인 모텔에서 숙박하고 온 느낌...

깨끗하고 넓어서 너무 편하게 쉬었네요!

방이 엄청 넓어서 좋았어요! 침대도 편하고 특히 청결부분 예민한대 바닥도 선반도 깨끗해서 완전만족!! 늦게 들어가도 주차장 넓어서 좋았어요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

포항 르네상스호텔 좋았습니다
Pros:

1. 객실 : 객실이 넓은 편이고 베드 상태도 좋았습니다 옷장이 있어 옷보관이 편하고 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어 있어 좋았음.
2. 주차장 : 다른곳은 저녁 늦은시간 주차가 어려울때가 많았는데 르네상스는 지하와 지상 주차장을 보유하고 있음 늦은시간 입실에도 주차자리 여유가 있음
3. 조식 : 조식은 전복죽과 황태국이 메인이고 계절과일과 샐러드 계란 라면등 아침에 간단하게 챙겨 먹고 나오기가 좋았습니다 다른 리뷰 내용대로 전복죽이 맛있엇음
4. 서비스 : 입퇴실시 친절했고 요청사항을 잘 챙겨주셨습니다

Nice place for one night but the room would need a deep clean.
Pros:

The room was quite spacious and the staff friendly. Korean style breakfast was plentiful compared to other hotels we stayed at in Seoul.

Cons:

There was quite a bit of dust and grime in the room and in the bathtub. There was an old pc computer in our room too which did not work. We were slightly unsure about the decor, blackened glass walls which made us feel potentially observed by someone on the other side? The neighbourhood being close to the station felt a bit unsafe at night.
