Size of the room. There was only one comfy chair. Matress was too soft. TV transmission was not up to the mark.
Location - within 100 meters of the centre (Gandhi Chowk) - without any up or downhills

Wonderful rooms with hill-facing balcony

Uitzicht op de bergen is prachtig. Uitstekend ontbijt en dinner. Heerlijke douches, zoveel waterdruk heb ik thuis niet. Schoon!

The location was amazing and the property was well maintained and staff well trained
The outdoors Bar were playing disco / dance music during high tea, which was disappointing.
We expected soft melodic music during afternoon snack, relaxing hour.
Out standing service and food. View is just awesome. Highly recommend this if you are visiting Dalhousie. Very courteous and helpful staff.
