Overall, good customer service and accommodating to my late check in request, very grateful!
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean! Receptionist was helpful. Satisfied with the service!

Cons:

Didn’t like that I to pay for parking. It should be included in the nights stay. Having to worry about parking is in unnecessary inconvenience.

Pros:

The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable I am planning on changing my mattress and pillows when I get home. Had two great nights sleep.

Very pleasant
Pros:

Decent Breakfast, very nice bar, modern rooms. Loved the unimposing screens with live football. Kids loved the communal area with the modern design and hammocks. Very pleasant work area.
Staff effective and professional if slightly less welcoming than what one is used to in the UK.
