Nice clean modern hotel in a very good location, unfortunately unable to use the facilities due to attending a wedding but certainly will next time.

I keep coming back to Novotel Brentford.
Pros:

Feel like I'm a regular, every time the staff are professional, helpful and incredibly well turned out.
The decor and quality of the hotel and facilities are one of my favourites.
The quality of the staff and management shines through.

Cons:

Only two coffee capsules, don't drink de caff. No biscuits with tea and coffee in executive suite. I enjoyed them in other rooms.
