Everything excellent
I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
First, the welcome upon our arrival in the morning was extremely poor. The lady at the reception, Wednesday morning was rude, cold, and nonchalant — not even a smile or a simple “welcome.”Throughout the entire stay, we constantly felt like we were disturbing her rather than being valued guests.
Secondly, housekeeping was not up to standard. After the second day of cleaning, we found stained bed sheets. On the third night, the sheets were not changed at all — the bed was simply made.
This is completely unacceptable for a 4-star Novotel.
Additionally, the room phone was not working, making it impossible to contact reception when needed.
Finally, upon arrival, the shower gel was empty, and so was the tissue box which again reflects a lack of basic attention to detail.
Overall, this experience did not meet the standards expected from a 4-star hotel, and I find it very disappointing.
Struttura bellissima, rinnovata, molto pulita e soprattutto la colazione era meravigliosa, non mancava niente, i nostri ragazzi si sono divertiti molto in piscina.. Lo staff era impeccabile, gentile e pronta ad aiutarci. Ci siamo trovati molto bene!
La palestra era vietata ai minori di 16 anni, il mio che ne aveva 13 anni voleva tanto darsi da fare, purtroppo però le regole ce lo hanno impedito...

The rooms and restaurant area were great as was the room. Access to a pool and sauna was also great once you got the hang of how to time pool visits when not inundated by families and swimming lessons… it was not possible to swim when families and swimming lessons are going on.
I would have liked more guidance on navigating the pool as a guest without children. The adult only time provided 8-10pm was too late in the day for me.
Very nice property, but we stayed and come down to the reception and told the staff as the tv was broken, the staff made us stay in the room after paying £140. The next mend we went down stairs to talk about the situation and they taken my deposit and another £100 pound out my bank without telling me. I’ve rang 5 times and left 2 emails I’ve heard nothing back!
