Bathrooms are not family friendly
Pros:

The breakfast, the aesthetic to the hotel

Cons:

The bathrooms for families when you have a 6 & 16 and it has transparent glass for showering, the rooms are very small for families, the family rooms should have the bath tubs. The pillows are awful

Rooms are modern

Cons:

Food poisoning, both very poorly after food. Prawns tasted funky so aborted.
Both very poorly since departing.
Nothing else was easier the following day.

Also, post stay, rude staff when requesting invoice for parking, hotel stay. Three messages. Requested prior to departure (ignored requested again when checking in, ignored, and requested three times since leaving only yesterday morning. Ignored! Someone advised they would do it, nothing.
The email is very rude.

Great stay at a lovely hotel!
Pros:

Convenient for Brentford football game, quiet(we were road side an couldn’t hear the traffic at all!), friendly atmosphere, lovely staff!

Had an issue with the toilet...fixed super quick...
As a vegan and gluten free it was really nice to have a selection of food especially breakfast...one small point is nothing really desert wise

Staff need lessons in communication and manners!!
Pros:

A good modern hotel with reasonably good facilities

Cons:

Distinct lack of information and communication. Nowhere did it say you need a special key card from reception to access the pool. When I came up from the pool we weren’t then told we had to ask for towels from reception too. Most annoying was that when we arrived we were asked our car number plate which we gave. The next morning we had a parking ticket. The receptionist who checked us is was very rude and said we should have read the signs outside. How about asking where we had parked and told us that parking outside the hotel (even though it says the parking area belongs to the hotel on the sign) needs to be paid for in a different way. Attitude of the receptionist (Sohni) was awful. Now we have a £60 parking fine to pay - as in her words “it was busy and she forgot to asked where we had parked!”

Pros:

The property took my money without no explanation or no evidence on why they’ve taken £150 from my account and also they have kicked me out of my room without explanation on what I have done I have vaped in my room and they said I couldn’t vape in my room but didn’t let me know one of the lady managers told me that she was going to refund me my money and I was not gonna get charged but no money but didn’t get nothing back . They have taken 92pounds and 150pounds and also kicked me out of the hotel room at 5 o’clock in the evening.
