I felt scammed, got non-AC room although booked an AC room in booking.com

Exceptional
Pros:

The staff were excellent, especially Umesh. We originally had non a/c but found it much too hot and with Umesh's help we were moved within 15 minutes when asked the following day.
Facilities clean and met expectations. The restaurant downstairs is popular with excellent service and food. We enjoyed our breakfasts and meals there during our stay.

Cons:

The beds are very firm, personal preference to be a bit softer.
