The room was modern and amazing, the view and location were perfect, and the breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The ladies at reception were also extremely kind and welcoming.
The only downside was the doorman. He just stood there watching us unload our suitcases from the car instead of offering to help. A doorman should be more proactive, greet guests properly, and assist with luggage. The hotel should also have baggage attendants to help guests take their suitcases to their rooms.
Great location with great breakfast, the coffee shop next to the lobby is the best in city!

They provided me with then bed cover instead of a duvet!
One of the elevators was out of service for few hours, but I believe these things happen, they fixed in the same day
Excellent room and sleeping arrangements. Superb location. Great staff. Close to Opera, town center, nice coffee shops and to mountains Probably, one of the best hotel locations in Almaty. Highly recommend.

Check out - просили подождать 5 минут чтобы проверить номер, в итоге ждали дольше так как сотрудник занимался заселением других людей, но когда иностранец просто оставил ключ его не просили подождать для проверки номера- этот момент не понравился.
Большой, уютный, чистый, современный номер. Вкусные завтраки, замечательный персонал.
Звукоизоляция стеклопакетов не идеальна, но ночью в целом было тихо.
