Looks great on the outside but be cautious of the room hou reserve

Very good breakfast……location

Cons:

The pictures when i made the reservation looked nothing like the room i got. I was told that I had selected a room that was not renovated. I do not recall that in the booking process I had to request a lamp for bedside because the only lights in the room were overhead. The carpeting was worn and appeared not clean. The room was $150 per might and totally not worth it. My son , whom was traveling with me said he had stayed in better hostels.

Отсутствие света в ванной комнате, отсутствие кофейной машины, необоснованные претензии по поводу того, что мы пользовались минибаром, хотя абсолютно не дотрагивались до его содержимого

Pros:

Location was excellent and there was a calm and efficient ‘feel’ to the place. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of different options

Cons:

I would have appreciated a small gym facility.

Pros:

Этот отель был построен еще в Советском Союзе, сейчас отремонтирован и стал хорошим бизнес отелем, по всем стандартам. Хороший быстрый WiFi. Отличный завтрак и великолепный вид на горы с балкона.

Cons:

К сожалению, в одну из ночей в ресторане отеля играла музыка довольно громко до 5 утра. Как -то это немного мешало выспаться. Попросили переселить нас в другой номер (помогло). Рекомендую менеджемнту отеля как-то более серьезно относиться с тишине в ночное время.

Я в шоке
Pros:

Забронировал номер , но при прибытии мою бронь не смогли найти хотя деньги с моей карты были уже заблокированы. Предложили взять еще один номер в 2 раза меньше и дороже. Убрали из стоимости завтрак поэтому цена получилась более менее. При заселение в дополнительный номер оттуда выскочил перепуганный голый мужчина. Он видимо не знал , что номер по системе свободен 😂 После этого подобрали еще один такой же маленький номер , но уже свободный. Много езжу и первый раз оказался в такой ситуации. Никаких изменений или компенсации не последовало. По реакции персонала , я понял , что это обычная рядовая ситуация. Теперь сказали надо разбираться, чтобы разблокировали средства за номер , который не предоставлены.
