Pros:

Letteralmente sulla spiaggia davanti ad una spiaggia libera fra due stabilimenti. Giardino interno con sdraio ombreggiato.
Parcheggio privato

Cons:

Essendo mini appartamenti tutti confinanti quando ci si sveglia si sente il vociare dei vicini.
