Second time stay... Perfect location... Shabby rooms and furtniture.
Pros:

Location is good as it is close to Liberty Square. Decent breakfast, kitchen staff is very caring.

Cons:

I stayed here twice. The second time the hotel staff told me that there are no comforters available during summer. But just 3 days before I stayed here and there was comforter available. Strange. Rooms do not look as good as in the photos. Furtinures are shabby, rooms not very clean. WiFi connection is very poor. Very few power sockets.

Pros:

Location - The location is perfect. It is exactly at the Liberty Square. Walking distance to most attractions in Tbilisi. Breakfast is decent and the kitchen staff is very caring.

Cons:

The property appears aged, with worn-out furniture, and the rooms do not reflect the images shown online.

Cons:

Грязновато, на стенах разводы и трещины, в душевой просто грязно. Ночью собаки лают.
Одеяло в пододеяльник пришлось вдевать самим. Не хватает полочек в ванной. Был большой таракан, комнату не поменяли, сказав «нет мест». Просто выдали спрей. На следующий день обработали комнату. В последний день вылез еще большой паук в ванной. Бутылок с водой в номерах нет, чайных пакетиков тоже нет. На Новый год никакого комплимента не подарили от отеля. Наша компания остановилась в 3 разных отелях, и только наш отель Marlyn ничего не презентовал гостям… был только паук да таракан.

Unwelcoming and rude reception staff.
Cons:

The attitude of the surly staff, was terrible. Booked a room for 2nd - 3rd January with full payment for my wife and myself, with the intention of just resting for 4 to 5 hours before heading for the Tiblisi airport at 8pm, on the 2nd itself. The lady and gent at the reception refused to allow me to take my son's and daughter's 2 suitcases to keep with us in the room while they explored the city, citing "hotel policy" and some obscure government rule - which they could not produce when I asked them to do so. Even after I offered to give their IDs and even pay more, they were downright offensive and rude. We could sense racist undertones against Indians, in their manner. Hospitality is the wrong industry for such people to be in. Would never recommend this cheap hotel to anyone.

Konumu çok merkeziydi

Cons:

Çarşaflar yırtıktı. Havlular yıkanmış olmasına rağmen kirliydi. Yorganlara kılıf geçirilmemişti biz kendimiz kılıfları taktık. Odaya kettle koymuşlar ancak çay ya da kahve bulunmuyordu. Son 2 gün su sıkıntı vardı çok az akıyordu.
