Pros:

היה מדהים. למי שרוצה קצת להתפנק. נוף משגע של הבריכה ואגם סקדאר. בריכה מקסימה. חדרים גדולים מקלחת נהדרת. אכלנו גם ארוחת ערב במסעדה של המקום. טעים וכיף ממש הנוף ואוירה שקטה ונעימה. שירות מעולה.

Nice view.
Pros:

Large modern rooms. Waiting staff in restaurant were lovely. Nice and relaxed at poolside with nice view.

Cons:

Greetings received at reception wasn't the friendliest. Sun parasols we're not put up, so I ended up dragging a concrete based one over to my lounger. Nobody around to help. Pool was 1.9m deep everywhere which meant I couldn't use pool as I can't swim. Had to use the paddling pool :)
We ordered 2 Margarita cocktails but ended up not drinking them as they tasted watered down.

נהננו מאוד משהייה של שתי לילות. מומלץ מאוד להגיע למלון זה.
Pros:

בית מלון מעולה! יחס אדיב מאוד של הצוות. אנדי המנהל אדם נחמד מאוד, מיקום מעולה!! הכל היה ממש מצוין וממליצים בחום על המלון.

מלון בוטיק חדש נהדר צוות נהדר ממוקם גבוה על ההר. אם יורדים לעיירה לקחת בחשבון טיפוס לא קל בחזור. אבל שווה. מומלץ מאוד

Tuvimos buena experiencia pero podía haber sido mucho mejor

Por otro lado, el colchón era muy cómodo y la habitación era muy amplia.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación tenía olor a humedad y entraban hormigas desde el exterior.
En cuanto al desayuno, creo que sería una buena mejora que el hotel ofreciera un buffet libre. Al servirse el mismo desayuno todas las mañanas, resulta bastante repetitivo, especialmente para quienes se alojan varios días.

Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der wunderschöne Ausblick, die sehr schön gestaltete Poolanlage mit Terrasse sowie das À-la-carte-Essen, das qualitativ überzeugend war.

Cons:

Verbesserungspotenzial sehen wir allerdings in einigen Bereichen. Der Service wirkte eher zurückhaltend – Mitarbeitende kamen selten von sich aus auf die Gäste zu. Das Zimmer war funktional, jedoch etwas lieblos eingerichtet und der vorhandene Platz wurde nicht optimal genutzt. Im Badezimmer gab es mehrere Mängel: Die Toilette war nur locker in der Wand befestigt, der Duschkopf war stark verrostet und auch andere Ausstattungsdetails wirkten renovierungsbedürftig.

Das Frühstück bot bei einem längeren Aufenthalt leider zu wenig Abwechslung. Zudem waren einzelne Getränke zeitweise nicht verfügbar. Die sehr steile Anfahrt sollte ebenfalls berücksichtigt werden.

Etwas störend empfanden wir außerdem, dass private Veranstaltungen wie Geburtstagsfeiern nicht vom regulären Hotelbetrieb getrennt wurden. Dadurch wurden die eigenen Poolregeln des Hotels teilweise nicht eingehalten, was die Erholung beeinträchtigte.

Insgesamt hat das Hotel durch seine Lage und das gute Essen viel Potenzial. Mit Verbesserungen beim Service, der Zimmerausstattung und der Organisation könnte das Gesamterlebnis deutlich aufgewertet werden.

Pros:

everything is very professional, the view is exceptional and parking is available. room is large, and beds are comfortable. Staff were helpful.

lacking choice of breakfast. it is not on a buffet basis. It became more of the same after a couple of days.

Pros:

Par sa situation en hauteur superbe panorama sur le lac, très belle piscine, le confort de la chambre spacieuse, la gentillesse du personnel
Excellent séjour !

Cons:

A savoir l accès à l hôtel en voiture par une route dégradée et pour arriver à l hôtel très pentue
Pas idéal pour personnes à mobilité réduite car pas d ascenseur mais toutes les chambres sont au premier étage
Coffre dans la chambre mais non fixé 😄

تعامل مثالي من قبل العاملين هناك خاصه في المطعم

لا يتم التوصيل اليه من قبل شركات التوصيل لانه خارج المنطقه
المطعم يغلق الساعه 1:30 ولا يوجد اي شي تاكله او تطلبه ابدا الا اذا نزلت للسنتر او المناطق المحيطه
