Overall I didn’t like it the hotel rooms needed to be decorated!!!

Good staff the manager was very helpful

Cons:

The toilet was so old and rasty the toilet flush key was broken my fingers was cut a bit! Dump smell on inside the room!! The duvet cover was used not even was!!

Pros:

This is the third time staying at sakura. It's value for money.. a very reasonably priced hotel walking distance from mg marg.. staffs a very cooperative and the linens are always clean.👍👍

Nice location,good behaviour but some rooms are not according to our expectations.
Pros:

I like the behaviour of the staff. Very helpful and cooperative. The location was also good. Complementary Food quality and taste very nice. Nice clean hotel.

Cons:

I've booked three super deluxe rooms. but after reaching the hotel they had told me that each floor has a super deluxe room. Which is 104, 204 & 304. But no view from the room 104. So I have to select a normal room but I paid a super deluxe room rent.
Also the 201 rooms bathroom has no outside ventilator and too much flies and insects over the bathroom.
