Pros:

der Pool war schön, wenn auch nicht ganz sauber ( weil Zuwenig Wasser drin)

Cons:

das Zimmer wurde erst auf anfrage gereinigt,
das Frühstück mit separater Zahlung viel mager aus, das Toastbrot nur halbwegs getoastet !
Zuwenig schattenplätze keine Sonnenschirme!
wir Bestellten am vor abend einen Taxi für den Flughafen Transfer, der blieb aus !

A warm, welcoming stay with great value, a fantastic location, and a place We'd happily return to
Pros:

We had a great stay at Paradise Holiday Village in Negombo. The staff were super helpful, friendly, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. For what you pay, the value is really impressive — you get a comfortable room, a nice pool to relax by, and a location that’s hard to beat. It’s close to the beach and within walking distance of countless eateries and places to grab a beer or other drinks. We also had the pleasure of meeting wonderful travelers from around the world at this hotel, from UK, Canada, Germany, Austria, to Denmark — all warm, down‑to‑earth, and easy to connect with. The conversations we shared enhanced our stay, and it truly felt like the kind of place where like‑minded guests naturally come together. We hope all our "new friends" made it home safely, especially since many of us at this hotel were unexpectedly "stuck" in Sri Lanka due to the unrest in the Middle East at the time.

Cons:

The only slight downside was that the beer at the hotel was a bit more expensive than what you’ll find in the surrounding area, but with so many nearby options, it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, we'd consider staying here again. It’s a solid choice for anyone visiting Negombo or spending a few might there before your flight leaves.

It was nice stay.

Cons:

I would avoid drinking their water, not sure if their water problem but after two weeks in sri lanka muy stomach was ok, and then i decided to drink this paradise hotel water and somewhat i got bad stomach. Maybe its just coincidence, not sure but with others we ate similar things and i drank lots of this water.

Pros:

This place looks very sharp, like a pleasant villa. Rooms are quite nice, pool is good if overcrowded

Cons:

Wifi is unusable from some rooms. There is not enough sitting, lounging around the pool, so some guests woke up at the crack of down to lay down towels on chairs and reserve them for the day. Also I swear the mosquito density in the hotel area is worse than in other parts of Negombo, I can't explain why. The air con switched itself to an ECO setting after a short time of use, which I could not revert out of and at which point the room got simply too hot

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und schöne gepflegte Gartenanlage.

Cons:

Zimmereinrichtung und Bad sind in die Jahre gekommen. Pool & Liegen für die Zimmeranzahl viel zu klein.

Cons:

No Internet, dark and dingy, had 2 toast a like warm coffee and was charged 1750 rupees disgusting. I would not recommend it, loads of mosquitoes and it was very expensive

Nice pool and garden. Close to several restaurants

Cons:

Fitted sheets would be great. Just draping a flat sheet means it creeps and bunches up under you all night. A high power cold water douche means problematic water spraying everywhere from under your a**. No toilet paper so you dry your a** with your bath towel. Very few pool area chairs, so no place to sit when hotel is busy. Internet was iffy and the claim it only drops off for Iphones. But I brought both. Android phone lost internet too. My booking said a room with 2 beds, yet there was only one. No couch or twin bed as promised.

Mycket sämre än tidigare besök och boende på hotellet
Pros:

Dålig service te som kom kallt. Dålig uppmärksamhet av personal.

Cons:

Personal som uppmärksamma gästerna. Bättre frukost. Städning av rummet någon dag.
