Overall the stay was satisfactory !
Pros:

The Location and the staff were really good !
Food was nice, pool was kept clean and overall value for money !

Cons:

There was tea and sugar in the room but no creamer.. when we asked the reception they said they do not provide..
So we had to visit the nearby shop to purchase a 3in1 pack and come back to the room to prepare a cup of milk tea.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel may not be the newest, but it is very well maintained, especially the common areas, and the pool was cleaned every day.

What really made our stay special, though, was the entire staff. Every single person was incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely customer-oriented. Nothing was too much trouble, and we always felt very welcome.

We also really appreciated being able to arrange a late check-out for a small additional fee, which was perfect for us as we had a late flight.

A big thank you to the whole team — your hospitality truly made the difference!

Relax prima del rientro a casa
Pros:

Camera estremamente comoda, ampia e pulita. Possibilità di usufruire della piscina con sevizio di teli e lettini. WiFi accettabile.

Cons:

Nonostante il check-in fosse previsto per le 14, quando siamo arrivati, alle 14.45, la camera non era pronta e ci è stata consegnata verso le 15.15

Lekker zwembad. Goede bedden. Prima airco. We hadden een huiskamer als extra.

Cons:

De wifi was alleen goed bij de receptie.
Je moest de douche kop vasthouden want de douchekop past niet in de houder. Ontbijt was wat karig.

Super Cozy bedroom in the center of Negombo without noise at all.
Pros:

We loved all . It means , super friendly hosts ( staff , boss , gardener ... ) . Our flat was in the center of Negombo but without noise . Amazing swimmingpool .

Pros:

Atmosphere, calmness, helpful staff, room cleanliness. This was exactly what I was looking for. With no doubt I will visit again. Very convenient for a short stay, but I wouldn't mind also staying longer.
