Extremly happy with the stay and planned to use it in the future.
Pros:

Some fault was detected in the aircondition as soon as we checked in.Though it was past midnight they moved us to another room and made us comfort able.

Cons:

The staff was very courteous and was willing to help us . They locate a pair of reading glasses left behind, informed us by email to find way to send it to us.

Lovely hotel and would return.
Pros:

Beautiful property that looks exactly like the pictures. Very helpful staff that actually offered us a free room upgrade. Staff were very quick to respond to messages on the booking.com private chat and helped us to arrange private transfers from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotel to Kandy the following day.

Good facilities and supportive staff, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement
Pros:

The property has a good pool and spacious rooms. The staff was very accommodating during my wedding preparations and allowed hairdressers and photographers to access the property. The outdoor area is also very nice.

Cons:

Some of our rooms had very large cockroaches, the bathrooms did not look like the photos online, and although the rooms are spacious, they did not feel very clean.

A great place to stop for a night
Pros:

We stayed here for one night when we arrived in Sri Lanka, then after two weeks travelling around ,we returned here for our last night before our flight home.
The staff were all so lovely and the location is great. We booked a table at Judes Restaurant which is a two minute walk away and then walked down to the beach for evening drinks.
The pool was perfect for an afternoon relaxing.
If we are lucky enough to return to Negombo we will definitely stay here.

Restaurant down the road but nothing about the hotel

Cons:

Tired, dirty, didn't want to put toothbrush on sink, was told we were upgraded to a suite, dread to think what original room was like, sun loungers broken and filthy nothing like pictures
