Pros:

Todo en general muy bien.

Cons:

Simplemente como aspectos a mejorar:
- Dificultad para que el agua salga a una temperatura cómoda, o salia excesivamente caliente o fría.
- Al encontrarse alejado de núcleo urbano y existir un límite horario para acceder al recinto del hotel, se hace complicado cenar tranquilamente. El bar que hay justo arriba del hotel los 2 días que estuvimos se enontraba cerrado.

Très bel endroit
Pros:

L’ambiance est sympa. La décoration très atypique. Le point de vue est superbe. Les igloos sont biens aménagés.

Cons:

Nous arrivions de la côte pacifique et avons perdu 20 degrés. Il faisait 15 degrés à notre arrivée et l’igloo n’était pas chauffé à notre arrivée. Nous avons mis beaucoup de temps à nous réchauffer. Heureusement il y avait de bonnes couvertures.

Lovely setting, great views
Pros:

Beautiful views over the valley, comfortable family room, lovely gardens with lit fire pit for the evening. Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet. Great location for Volcan Poas (10 mins drive) and airport.

Cons:

Nothing but a reminder that it’s at high altitude so you’ll need a jumper for being outdoors (we visited in March).

Hele mooie plek, luxueuze ruime comfortabele kamers/appartementen.
Pros:

Fantastisch uitzicht! Leuk ingerichte tuin met diverse chaletjes en veel net een eigen zitje tbv de zonsondergang.
Schoon, zeer ruim, goed ontbijt vanaf 7:30 (indien om 8:00u toegang tot Poás dan ff door eten, is 15 min rijden, maar komt niet op de minuut).
Op loopafstand paar restaurants en met de auto vergroot je je keuze nog meer.

Cons:

Een luchtbevochtiger die wel wat geluid maakte ‘s nachts.

Viviendo un descanso liviano.
Pros:

Lugar muy tranquilo, descanso logrado no lo esperado.

Cons:

Tener que pensar que se debe salir por los tiempos de comida, no te permite desconectarse completamente. No se descanso en pleno. Entiendo que al no existir zona de alimentación, claramente por un proceso Administrativo, el Huésped el solo pensar que debe salir al no poder cocinar o recibir alimentación, no logra descansar o relajarse.
