Pros:

Het uitzicht was geweldig. Het huisje was fijn maar eenvoudig ingericht.

Cons:

De weg ernaartoe is hopeloos. Ze zijn er aan de weg aan het werken maar het laatste stuk is privé denk ik en ook dit stuk was behoorlijk slecht.

Расположение идеальное: повыше от оживленной дороги, вокруг поля, на которых пасутся коровы на фоне великолепного вида на ущелье и Казбек. Прямо напротив единственный в Степанцминда ресторан с высокой оценкой, там же находится ресепшен.
Встретили нас гостеприимно! Менеджер Токо каждый раз при встрече интересовался, всё ли у нас хорошо, есть ли какие-то вопросы. Порекомендовал места для посещения в округе. Мы бронировали проживание на 5 дней, но поменяли планы и на вторые сутки об этом сказали. Нам пошли на встречу, пересчитали. На следующий день после нашего отъезда написали, что неправильно посчитали и мы заплатили больше. Нам вернули переплату!

Espectaculares vistas
Pros:

Vistas impresionantes, ser ver hasta las famosas iglesias de la Trinidad.

Cons:

No había agua caliente y el agua de la ducha parecía sacada directamente del glaciar, pero al ser solo una noche...

La claridad es tal que dificultad dormir desde que amanece... Y eso es muy temprano. Lleva antifaz.

Гарний краєвид, зручне ліжко, приємна хатинка

Cons:

Не було губки для миття посуду та засобу, дрібниця але необхідна, чудово б було наявність вішалок для одягу, і для повного щастя спліт системи (кондиціонер/опалення) оскільки температури протягом доби від +25 до +8.

Очень красивый вид из окна.

Cons:

На один-два дня остановиться нормально, но для более длительного проживания хотелось бы увидеть в объекте размещения следующие вещи:
-микроволновку
-телевизор
-зеркало в полный рост
-ложку для обуви
-вешалки для одежды
-шампунь для волос (пришлось мыть голову гелем для душа).

Сомнительно, но окей.

Виды красивые, на этом из плюсов все :)

Cons:

Снимали 3 номера, все одинаково пошарпаны. В нашем были чьи-то волосы в душе.
Нет кондиционеров, на всю включено отопление, в номере было градусов 30 примерно (были в середине июня).
Есть холодильник, чайник, пару пакетиков кофе и два стакана. Но больше никакой посуды. НЕТ ДАЖЕ ЧАЙНОЙ ЛОЖКИ, ЧТОБЫ РАЗМЕШАТЬ ТОТ ЖЕ КОФЕ ИЗ ПАКЕТИКА!

La posizione, la vista.

Cons:

Il divano letto della tipologia senza materasso , quindi duro e l'apparecchio del wi fi attaccato sopra la testa, (noi abbiamo staccato la spina).
