The room are very large
El ambiente del Hotel estaba bastante bien personal, muy atento, amable y unos servicios, pues más que bien

Had a 2am checkin which was fine with hotel.
Location wasn't great - Dreamland beach wasn't 1km away as you can't cross the river it's more like 8kms away (listed as 1km away. not true). no nearby cafes/restaurants for convenience.
Buffet breakfast - paid extra and was disappointed with selection. all food was cold, dry or slimy, not worth the money each morning
Additional amenities - no pool bar, spa was permanently closed at time of reservation, no hot tub
General room - no outlets near the beds as listed (only one near the mini fridge), room and furniture was run down.
Has been 3+ months since reservation and no refund or credit has been issued for false and misleading information. Booking.com has tried to contact property with no response. as per the guidelines nothing can be issued until they respond. I stayed one night 2am-10am when we decided to leave as this isn't what we booked from the website. we wanted a relaxing accomodation with everything we need (pool/spa/food) was very disappointed in what we got.
The staff once we were on site were very friendly and helpful. The entrance is very impressive. The breakfast was quite good and the food we had in the restaurant was great. Staff there also friendly and efficient. One of our rooms had a toilet block (not great) but it was attended to quickly.
This hotel is not very suitable for larger families. The rooms contain 1 large bed which cannot be split into two. There are no connecting rooms. There are no cots available. We travelled with 8 adults and 7 children. This meant that mums and dads had to split between two rooms and share the bed with children. We were attending a wedding so needed to stay on site for child minding. The communication with the hotel was terrible. It took considerable effort to confirm the room set ups and our request for an additional bed to be added to the room could not be done. One of the rooms endured a block toilet in the morning and the air conditioning stopped on the second day. The rooms are very clean but definitely show age, wear and tear.
El personas del hotel es muy amable.
No hay enchufes al lado de la cama lo que imposibilita la conexión de celulares. El gimnasio es muy malo y no cumple con el standard de un hotel de esa calidad.

L’accueil et le service du personnel. Le lit était le plus confortable de tout mon séjour à Bali. la vue est magnifique sur l'océan et l'hôtel est à 15-20 minutes des endroits intéressant les plus proche. Il est dans un parc de golf donc très propre les alentours. la plage dreamland est très proche.
L'emplacement est bien mais il faut compter 5-10 minutes pour sortir du parc de golf en grab à chaque fois.
Je pense que j'avais une chambre en rénovation car les finitions était mal faites mais cela n'était pas dérangeant
