The reception. They don't assist as is normally expected. After checking the room I had to approach the reception again to relocate to a suite. No one came or offered help to shift my luggage.
Good hotel, near port
The noise of the road
Close to the refinery. Room's very clean and big. Good value with nice breakfast. A bit crowd at the time of arriving as it's in a middle of big turn around campaign.
AC didn’t work. Arrived at midnight & had 2 technicians in the room until 2.30am & still didn’t fix the AC
No one spoke to me about the issue afterwards
