I was impressed with all aspects of my stay and the effort and progress made by the entire community to make Pogradec a recognizable tourist destination is evident. The staff does everything they can to meet the guests' expectations.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Ohridsee, ohne dass dazwischen noch ein Weg liegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Stadtzentrum von Pogradec ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Everything! This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in quite some time. The service is exceptional. It’s a family run business and Andreas and his mom are wonderful people and very customer service oriented. I would definitely return.

Hotel Demoli is a wonderful family-run hotel in beautiful Lake Ohrid. The waterfront area is the true highlight, with a beautifully arranged lounge space and a carefully maintained setting where you can relax and enjoy the views.

The daily à la carte breakfast is fantastic, and they serve what might be the best iced coffee in Albania. They also offer pizzas and beer for those who prefer to dine in, and if you’re lucky like we were, you may even get to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal prepared by the family matriarch.

What truly makes Hotel Demoli special, though, is the people. She, her son Andreas, and front desk young lady Deat go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, always checking in and making sure we were enjoying our holiday. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made our stay at Lake Ohrid truly memorable. Thank you!

Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es war so makellos, dass ich den Eindruck hatte, wir wären die ersten Gäste in diesem Raum. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den See – einfach wunderschön, ein Anblick, den man nicht vergisst.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich, stets lächelnd und zuvorkommend. Der private Strand war sehr gepflegt, und die Liegen waren ausgesprochen bequem. Alles war im Preis inbegriffen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, zur Auswahl standen mehrere Gerichte von der Karte.

Ich kann das Hotel Demoli wirklich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Wenn ich irgendwann wieder in der Gegend des Ohridsees bin, werde ich definitiv wieder dort übernachten. Es war wirklich toll – vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Nice view and beach , tasty breakfast

Lage Top, sauberster Strandabschnitt von Pogradec. Personal immer bestrebt, alles i.O. zu halten, auch bei hoher Frequenz am Wochenende.
Hotel ist recht neu, Preis/Leistung stimmt.
Idealer Punkt für Ausflüge ins Umland bzw. nach Mazedonien. Im Ort alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Everything! Clean, cozy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas in great condition. Great drink and food service on their beach. Lovely hotel room. Everywhere was very clean. Friendly family who run the place.

Peaceful and on the lake. Very clean and a short walk/stroll to the town.

Jest to nowy i czysty hotel, położony na skraju Pogradec, ale tylko 5 minut spacerem do centrum. Hotel ma też prywatną plażę, która w mojej opinii była najbardziej zadbana i najładniejsza w całej miejscowości. Obsługa i właściciel hotelu są bardzo mili i pomocni. Ten hotel jest świetnym miejscem na spędzenie spokojnego urlopu w pięknym miejscu.

Location was at the entrance to the city, so on one side there was nothing to do, but on the other, in a short walk, you are in the city. Breakfast was good, we would have liked better options for vegetables, the Yogurt was excellent and service is personal and fantastic. The hotel is still under construction, so a bit noisy with small items missing. We had parking for the car which was great. We always had hot water in the shower and the rooms has good AC. We got more blankets when we asked. Andreas the manager was amazing and very friendly. The bar looks like its going to be a great place in the summer.
