Entrambe le mattine sono stata svegliata molto presto (5.00am) dagli altri ospiti che lasciavano l'albergo, usavano il bagno adiacente alla mia camera, ascensore o si chiamavano ad alta voce nel corridoio.

Nobody at the front desk at all and power went out a few times. Also ran out of toilet paper and hotel had none.
The hotel corresponds to a 3-star standard. Overall, it was quite good. It was a bit cold at night and in the mornings when the heating was not working, but there was a blanket in the room.
The location is excellent. There is a nice view of the inner courtyard. The area is quiet and peaceful.
There was a damp smell in the bathroom, and the ventilation did not help much. The elevator was for staff use only. My luggage was taken up and down by elevator, but otherwise I had to use the stairs. However, there are only three floors, so it was not too tiring.
A kettle in the room would have been appreciated, especially in the mornings when it was cold and it would have been nice to have a hot tea or coffee.
Nel complesso tutto molto buono, semplice e funzionale. Il letto era comodo, il bagno pulito, l'isolamento della camera sufficiente, la connessione stabile, la pulizia complessiva molto buona.
L'impatto con l'operatore al check-in è stato un po' brusco e non ho ricevuto alcuna informazione sulla colazione o altri aspetti del soggiorno. Tutto il resto dello staff, invece, impeccabile e cordiale.
