A peaceful and beautiful stay in a perfect location, with a charming atmosphere and a truly memorable host.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the park, making mornings and evenings especially relaxing.

The location is excellent — both Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque are within a 10-minute walk, which makes it very convenient to explore the main attractions.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area. Just a 2-minute walk away, there is another lovely park with a fountain, and the surrounding architecture is truly charming.

A special mention goes to the owner, who is a very interesting and engaging person and adds a unique touch to the overall experience.

There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient to shop. It’s also close to major attractions, which can be reached on foot.

Cons:

There’s a broken window in the room, and it can open by itself when the wind blows.

I love it about everything
Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful. i booked economic single room but he gave me the room with balcony. The view from balcony was nice

Cons:

The location is good, not too far from tourist area. But if you have suitcase and take public transportation you need a bit effort to reach the hotel. The road are up and down the hills, and made from paving block, there is no sidewalks. But yeaa it is istanbul so

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, spokojna okolica, dobra restauracja w pobliżu. W ciągu 13 minut można na piechotę dotrzeć do Błękitnego meczetu. Obok spory markecik na szybkie zakupy i plac zabaw. Trzeba oddać, że codziennie wymieniano nam ręczniki na czyste i była myta podłoga. Pościel była czysta i nowa.

Cons:

Pokój zamówiony z kuchnią, ale kuchnia nie działa i nie można jej podłączyć. Działał tylko czajnik elektryczny pleśń w łazience, Połamana deska klozetowa stara instalacja elektryczna. Podłączając żelazko spaliło się gniazdko i wywaliło korki w całym budynku. Codzienny wieczorny blackout, nawet powyżej godziny!

Great price/quality balance
Pros:

Booked this hotel for for three nights, we were four. The location is just awesome, old city atmosphere, very beautiful, two steps to bazaar, three - to Blue Mosque and therefore tourists attraction sites, a lot of remarkable restaurants around. The personnel was very friendly and welcoming. The suite was very clean, with more than enough towels, bottled water, and they also clean rooms when you're absent, which was nice to see. We planned to use hotel just as a sleep-stop, and, for this price, it worked perfectly.

Cons:

Furniture definitely needs help. Begs for help, I'd say. Also, would be nice to have some more kitchen supplies (tea, sugar, an extra trash bag).

Que está céntrico.

Cons:

La limpieza no era su punto fuerte. Llegamos a las 2 de la mañana y no teníamos ni agua ni papel higiénico. El baño sucio y viejo. Encontramos pelos que no eran nuestros y un rollo de papel higiénico de los huéspedes anteriores. Detrás de las camas las pelusas tenía vida y desde hacía mucho tiempo.

I do not recommend this hotel for families with children or for elderly people
Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet area away from the main tourist hubs. It is a small building with only a few guests, which makes for a more intimate atmosphere.

Cons:

Check-in starts quite late in the afternoon, and the staff was completely unaccommodating about it. Also, the hotel is located at the bottom of a hill; you have to walk uphill for nearly 20 minutes to reach the city center, the tram, and the main tourist sites.

Pros:

Отлична комуникация с хазяина, винаги отговаряше бързо на съобщенията и въпросите. Поддържа се чисто, кърпите се сменят всеки ден. Уреден е паркинг съвсем наблизо, на много добра цена - 10 евро на денонощие. Отлично съотношение цена - качество. Локацията е отлична, мястото е тихо и приятно, наблизо има паркове, поща, супермаркети и заведения. Повечето важни забележителности са на пешеходно разстояние. Хазяинът дава разяснения и съвети, владее отлично английски език.

Cons:

Ние бяхме петима души, в т. нар. "семеен суит". Доста тясно е за петима, но това се компенсираше от наистина добрата цена. В спалнята няма нощни шкафчета, оставахме си водата и телефоните на пода, като между единичното и двойното легло разстоянието беше 10-15 см. Сифонът в душ кабината беше позапушен и дъното й се пълнеше бързо със сапунена вода, което е неприятно. Поставката за душа беше повредена и слушалката трябваше да се държи в ръка. Ако тези дреболии се отстранят, престоят би бил по - приятен, въпреки теснотията.
