Pros:

Breakfast was very a very ordinary buffet.

Cons:

The price of the buffet was not worth it. I could have had a better breakfast for less money if I went to a Denny's.

Good location for state government business.
Pros:

Spacious room upgrade.

Cons:

Was looking forward to having a view but the windows were so dirty they interfered with the view. The view was also mostly of a construction site next door. Toilet paper holder in bad repair.

Do not stay if you want a restful nights sleep.

Cons:

The constant noise from the air conditioning system… it’s horrendous and ruined every night. On the fourth night of my 5 night stay I actually left the hotel at 10pm and checked into the citizen hotel a few blocks away. I was desperate for undisturbed sleep! It seems if any room around you has the ac on it vibrates and buzzes and hums all night. It’s torture. I will never ever stay at this hotel again. It’s a shame.

Pros:

I liked the service of the pool because they have great food service and it’s very nice to just sit and relax while also going into the pool.

Cons:

I think that the price of the parking is a bit pricey, I think it should already come included with the hotel guests since we already pay for the hotel room and food.

Pros:

The hotel and room were clean and comfortable, as always. However, the person who first checked us in was a bit rude and unwilling to help—he did not want to add our Hyatt account to the reservation. On the bright side, the morning checkout staff member was very nice and helpful.

Overall, my day was really good
Pros:

I love the pool area

Cons:

I didn’t like how there wasn’t veggie options for the sandwiches and how we couldn’t order food to the room.
also, when I walked into the room, the room smelled damp.
