De ligging was prima. Sfeervol hotel.

Cons:

De vele trappen. Voor iemand die slecht ter been is, zou dit hotel een ramp zijn.

Very nice hotel. Great location.
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Staff were really good and the room was very clean. Air con was a god send and kept the room very cool.
Very nice buffet breakfast.
Centre of town within easy walking distance.

Cons:

The shower was an attachment on the side of a bath. I would have preferred a proper shower.
The secure parking had a coded barrier. This is good for cars but our motorbikes could easily be wheeled around the side of the locked barrier.

Beau et attirant de l'extérieur, mais UNIQUEMENT de l'extérieur !
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter Namur à pieds. Il se trouve à proximité de commerces, restaurants, de l'opéra et de la place du théâtre. Parking gratuit sur place.

Cons:

La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était vraiment sale. Vu l'accumulation de poussière derrière la télé, à proximité de la machine à café ( nous n’avons même pas osé nous faire un café vu l'état de la machine), le ménage n’a visiblement pas été fait depuis un certain temps. Des poils se trouvaient sur la couette! Dans la salle de bains, de longs cheveux noirs étaient accrochés au sèche cheveux ( j’ai les cheveux courts) Du papier de toilette ou mouchoir séché dans l’evier . Une couche poisseuse sur le cordon électrique du seche chevveux, ETC... Du jamais vu pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Un séjour très agréable dans un lieu hors du temps
Pros:

L'ensemble de la qualité de la prestation est très agréable. Chambre très spacieuse, architecture de l'hôtel atypique. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La signalétique pour se repérer dans l'hôtel n'est pas intuitive. Les recharges pour les véhicules électriques sont vieillissantes. et elles disjonctent.
