Very unpleasant stay
Pros:

The place is closer to the entertainment points.

Cons:

Place infested with roaches, uncontrolled noise from other guests.sheets need to be changed regularly (smelling of old urine)
Coffee station with old jars,no WiFi,dysfunctional Aircon.
Reception area packed with condoms and seemed to be like a brothel..

There is so much noise at the rooms corridors even after hours while trying to sleep. The room has mold and cockroaches. There is cold water in the morning in the shower. Q

Very bad
Pros:

It's close to Ushaka marine world.

Cons:

1.On arrival the staff wasn't welcoming at all.
2. The room I was in had close to no water at the shower, it came out very slow & took about 20 minutes for water to be hot.
3. The air-conditioning wasn't working.
4. Noise by other male guest until midnight and also in the morning from 5:30
5. Nobody explained to me anything, they didn't tell me about the shower and Aircon problem, they didn't tell me about where to go or to do if I needed to iron or anything.
6. They no longer offer breakfast but I wasn't told.
7. I barely slept because of the noise and the light from the passage & the other room.

Pros:

I liked the location,bed is comfortable and the room is well designed.

The aircon works well.

Cons:

The TV in my room was not working.
Water pressure in shower is low.
Other guests were noisy in the passage walking up and down banging doors.
The was no chair in room,the only place to sit is at communal area at the bar.

Paradise review
Pros:

Value for money and the fact that we can cook there were a plus.

Cons:

No wifi, TV plays only 3 channels but it's a smart TV. Toilet window did not have a curtain thus no privacy as there is an abandant building facing the apartment. Not much ventilation in the room and toilet partition needs sealing at the bottom.
