It was a great stay, overall!!
Pros:

I loved the location of this hotel, and staff were very hospitable in the hotel. Besides the room was very neat and tidy, and there are all the facilities in the room, such as towels, soaps, shower etc. Bed was also very cosy to sleep on. I feel that this is one of the top notch hotels in Chennai. A big thanks to the receptionists, for treating me with such hospitality.

It's nothing but a lodge. No value for money. Except location nothing is good

Prices are very high need to cut down for the size of room and facilities provided
Pros:

The property was close to kauvery hospital like walkable distance.

Cons:

Very very very expensive for the size of room and facilities… During night time the room next to ours the had people who were smoking so much and caused lot of discomfort. Smoke smell was strong.. Staff at reception were kind and good

Pros:

Room is very much small, arround 100 SFt, but booking.com says the room size 1076 sft. Before finalistion of booking,I asked asked about the room size, but property owner always avoid the question. Actually the total floor size may be 1076 sft. Need to clear to cilents before further booking.

Cons:

No hot water in Basin . Hot water is only available for shower on prior notice. No Toilet Tissue and Room Tissue available. Cleanness to be more developed. Linnnen were also not clean.
