Only thing that I like the hospitality of the staff .
They were doing renovations on my floor doors and furnitures was not safe on the way as I have children , the bathroom was very old and dirty . Window was not safe . Lining was dirty .

The location was great.
Room 207. It was unclean. We tried other rooms but all were the same (disgusting) Toilets were horrendous. Had to buy my own domestos bleach and scrubber. Bedsheets and towels were stained. Tobacco smell glued to the place. WIFI was very bad, had to walk to the lift/stairs area to get WIFI to check my phone. AC was very weak. Curtains are NOT blackout and it doesn’t cover windows properly. Shower was very weak, at times water didn’t work and when it did it was just cold water.
There was a women at reception that wasn’t very nice. The men and young boys that work there were very nice and helpful.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable everything seems fairly new and the bathroom too. Pleasant and accommodating staff very thankful for them especially in the cafe where they heated my baby’s food everyday without complaining. What we loved about the hotel is the location it’s right in the city centre it’s only 2 minutes walk to Mark of Antalya Mall where we went everyday with the kids for food, shopping and kids play. Also the tram is right in-front of the hotel we took public transport and the kids loved it.
They didn’t clean the rooms unless you had asked them to which really bothered my husband who’s a clean freak and after he asked sometimes they still didn’t clean them till later or the day after.
Even though the rooms seemed larger and nicely designed it lacked appliances as they don’t provide any kettle or tea ingredients in the room. Also the toiletries provided are so cheap I broke the dispenser twice and spilt soap everywhere coz it’s really hard to pump it out I wish the provided mini shampoo and soap bottles like other hotels.
Finally the corridors are so our faces almost melt every time we got to our floor by the time we search for the key card inside my bag everyone would be sweating so hated that part.
I would stay here again provided they made improvements to their services.

When I wanted to pay in dollars
Dear Sir or Madam,
I want to let you know about breakfast I reached there 12 June and tomorrow morning I went to the breakfast place. What I saw there some items finished. Because there breakfast time was 8 am to 10:30am and I went there 10:00 am. After that, I went to manager room and I inform him about breakfast. And then, the problem was water and I asked them how can I do use toilet and shower the said sorry. Thirdly, problem was air conditioner which was 100 years old. It wasn’t work properly. Next day Friday same conversation was breakfast and I got off without breakfast.
Finally, absolutely waste my money and I will complain about this issues with Booking.Com. I will call customer service today

Booking.com is a name of the world and I expect it better. If customers are not happy with it you will lost your money. You should contact with customers who complain about this situation. And give back money to customers
