The location is perfect. The room is very warm which is ideal for a ski trip. The room was ready at 12pm so we were grateful for having it. Well equipped. Good breakfast.
The first contact with the reception lady was quite awful. Her attitude was not welcoming at all and we got the impression that we were actually bothering her. I don’t think this is very appropriate. Also, there are a few details în the room that are not appealing.
Staff is helpful and kind. The ski rental shop is good value. Excellent location as ski in and out. Free parking just outside. Nice sauna. Swimming pool has good temperature.
Some of the room facilities are a bit outdated (shower for example, but still good pressure).

Adam Shapiro - I can't in good conscience give a full review of the Mountain View Aparthotel. It turns out that their pool was out of order when we arrived and they very kindly and generously upgraded us to the Predela 2 hotel, at no additional cost.
The lady who met us was very kind and very sweet and we truly appreciate all that she did to make our stay in Bansko the wonderful time that it was. I'm confident that Mountain View must be a very nice place to stay in, if only because of the management of the lady at the front desk - I'm sorry, I did not get her name... From what we saw of the Mountain View, it looked very pleasant, but we were thrilled with the upgrade to the Predela 2 and so therefore want to sincerely thank the staff at Mountain View from the bottom of our hearts. Our holiday in Bansko will not be forgotten!!
