Exeptional hospitality, immaculate rooms, every detail reflects elegance, the jacuzzy suite upgrade was simply outstanding, delicious breakfast, and peaceful atmosphere made for a relaxing stay.

Remarkable staff who provide warm and attentive service to make you feel valued.

You defenitelly get more value than what you pay for your money. Just a stone through from centre

Pros:

Yo man, what can i say? It was amazing, when we checked in and the recepsionist said that he will upgrade us to a suite for free, the jacuzzy was fire, loved it.

Pros:

Our stay was perfect, we felt very safe, the breakfast was delicious, the staff were so kind and helpfull.

The rooms are so quiet and comfortable that you forget that you are in a city hotel, but more like a middle of no where hotel, peaceful and gorgeous.

Exellent hotel, small but beautifull, staff was very helpfull. Delicious brekafast.

Very easy access to any landmarks of Tirana and other cities. I loved the arabica coffee in the bar dowstairs. 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

Very good quiet hotel , location might be 10mins away by taxis which sum to about 6e per way

Everyhing is good and in new state, need more attention in facities like soap, coffee, water and cleaning services.

Cons:

more attention in every day room facilities , accessories. Breakfast good .

We stayed for 2 nights at hotel ambasada, and service couldnt be better, thanks to staff for loooing after us. Perfect location and very pretty rooms.

havia algumas vagas na frente do hotel para estacionamento. o quarto em que ficamos, muito bonito, com aspcto de que havia sido renovado recentemente.

Cons:

mesmo havendo elevador no hotel, voce ainda precisa subir ou descer escadas para chegar ao seu quarto. no cafe da manha havia pouca variedade de coisas salgadas. o cafe é servido pela cafeteria do hotel, voce so tem direito a um cafe, caso queira outra dose, é necessario pagar (porem nao haviamos sidos informados sobre isso).

Very nice hotel! Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing, very kind and always smiling.

Breakfast was fresh and with many choices. My wife ask for omelette how she like it, and chef make it fresh and very delicious. Hotel is also very close to city centre and airport, very good location.

We really enjoy our stay and will come back again. Highly recommend!

❤️ We absolutely loved our stay here! Such a lovely little boutique hotel that feels really luxurious without losing its personal touch. The rooms were spotless, and so comfortable.
Check in and check out were super easy, and from the moment we arrived we felt genuinely looked after. The staff are amazing, they really give every guest personalized attention, which made our stay feel extra special. You can tell they truly care. ❤️
The location was perfect for us too. It's just on the edge of Tirana, so getting into the city is easy, and it's only a short drive from the airport, which made traveling so convenient. guarded parking right infront of the hotel.
We enjoyed our stay. if you are looking for a beautiful rooms, and a great location, dont hesitate to book at this hotel ❤️😊

Very disappointing experience

The bathtub is ok

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There is absolutely nothing luxurious about it, despite how it is described online. The breakfast was by far the worst I have ever had in my life. On Booking it was described as “exceptional”, but in reality there were almost no options — not even fresh fruit. There wasn’t even coffee available for guests.

We asked for two espressos during breakfast and were told that only one was included and that we had to pay extra for the second one. The price was less than one euro, so the problem was not the money, but how unreasonable the situation felt considering the lack of options already provided.

The location of the hotel was also very unpleasant and the surrounding area felt neglected and uncomfortable.

The room itself was disappointing as well. The decoration was extremely outdated and overloaded with random objects, which made the room feel dusty rather than cozy. There were also no proper blackout curtains, so we woke up very early because of the sunlight coming through the window.

Overall, it definitely did not match the reviews or expectations. I would not recommend this hotel.

Que no estaba en Tirana centro, donde está la diversión, y los sitios a visitar, para ir necesito coche que es difícil aparcar.
