Pros:

New property, clean, nice breakfast
Very hospitable staff and friendly.. especially Dini each morning was very polite and kind. Felt extremely safe as a solo female traveller. Hotel staff would text and ask if I was doing ok. They're really polite

Cons:

Location wasn't central, it's not far by taxi but quite a walk to the downtown. This isn't the property's fault though.

Pros:

I'd like to sincerely thank all the staff at The Ambasada for the warmth and friendliness.
They let me check in early which was such a relief as I had to be at the airport at 2am the night before.
The room was a great size and nicely decorated.
The location is just outside the ring road, but taxis are easily available and reasonably priced.
The breakfast was good too .
I'm happy to recommend this lovely hotel with wonderful staff, and hope to stay here again soon.

Cons:

The shower is open so floor gets very wet and slippery ..this can easily be resolved.

It was our second time at this hotel, and it was even better than first time as it was warmer and loved the site viewing,

The staff at the hotel were fantastic, loved the interior of the rooms and its cleansliness.

Well insulated rooms and delicious breakfast.
Walking distance to the centre of Tirana, or a short ride by car.

Highly recommend it

Wenn das Hotel in vollem Umfang überzeugt!

Das Hotel ist in einem fabelhaften Zustand und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten
ausgezeichnet sehr bequem. Die Zimmereinrichtung war sehr gut( täglich frische Handtücher und Pflegeprodukte).Das Frühstück wird mit Liebe von einer sehr netten Dame zubereitet und lässt gut in den Tag starten. Die Mitarbeiter an der Bar/ Zimmerservice sowie die Seele der Rezeption ( Dini) und Kollegen könnten netter nicht sein. Der Bus in die Stadt fährt regelmäßig in 100 m Entfernung. Sollten wir wieder nach Tirana kommen wäre dieses Hotel unsere erste Wahl.

We checked in really late, but the staff were super helpful from the start. The guy at reception was amazing, we had booked a double room, and he surprised us with a free upgrade to a suite with a jacuzzi. Honestly, such a great gesture.

The room was very spacious and spotless, everything felt fresh.
Breakfast was delicious too, a really nice way to start the day.

Also, the airport is very close, only about a 10–15 minute drive, which made things so easy for us.

Overall, this is definitely one of my favorite hotels in Tirana. Would happily stay again.
