El hotel es bonito y nos dieron una habitación muy grande y espaciosa. El desayuno estaba correcto. Enfrente del hotel había una cafetería, un restaurante, una tienda y una peluquería.

Cons:

Varias cosas: el personal no era muy amable,daba la impresión de que no trabajaban cómodos por el motivo que fuera y no transmitían hospitalidad, el agua de la ducha salía templada y nos comentaron que tardaba unos 15 minutos en salir caliente. La ubicación no es mala, porque tiene parking y estás alejado del centro de Tirana pero es un barrio muy descuidado, en construcción y con un tráfico terrible, la habitación era muy ruidosa en las horas puntas.

Super schönes großzügiges und ruhiges Zimmer. Sehr gepflegtes Haus. Tolles Frühstück und sehr leckerer Kaffee. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Kleine Außenterrasse.

Very clean and very good location

Very clean and the staff was friendly

Cons:

We had breakfast at 9:00 every morning and it was cold every time ( it is served between 8am - 10am )

I had a great time in Tirana
Pros:

The staff especially Sej was very attentive from the start asking if we needed anything and always checking in with us to ensure our stay was going well. The hotel is very clean and the suite with Jacuzzi is very nice

Everything seemed fine until they kicked us out on the last day. Without our permission, the staff entered our room, thr

While the first few days were fine, the way we were treated on our last day was unprofessional and shocking.

Cons:

They literally kicked us out of our room and informed us they had booked another hotel for us instead. This is a massive breach of privacy and basic hospitality rules. No one should ever touch a guest's private items or force them out like this.

It was my 2nd time staying here and it was as immaculate as first time.
Gorgeous hotel and fantastic staff. Delicious breakfast.

Pros:

Hotel davvero carino in un’ottima posizione, a soli 15 minuti dall’aeroporto, comodissimo. Sono una persona dal sonno leggero, ma la camera era così silenziosa che ho dormito come un bambino.
Anche la colazione era ottima.

Ci tornerei volentieri.
