Poor
Pros:

Staff are friendly

Cons:

1. No kettle to boil hot water in the room
2. Bed very harsh not comfy
3. Towel not auto provided in the room have to ask everytime.
4.Room totally NO SOUND PROOF as can hear every guest walk by the hallway and those with kids running around very early morning at the hallway making noise.
5. One of the Housekeeper was rude not even talk and look at me while Im asking for help to ask for a towel.
