Lawaaierig
Pros:

Voor de locatie waar ik moest zijn, ideaal op wandelafstand. Wel een supermarkt onder het hotel maar voor de rest geen enkel cafeetje of restaurant op wandelafstand.

Cons:

Geen airco. Wel een automatische klimaatregeling maar die werkte niet. De vloerverwarming sprong op wanneer het buiten 25 graden was. Er werd met de raam open geslapen want anders was het niet doenbaar. Wat dan een onveilige gevoel creëerde en veel geluidsoverlast. De supermarkt wordt heel vroeg in de ochtend bevoorraad. Deze vrachtwagen zorgt ook voor veel lawaai. De deuren van de voordeur en kamers slagen heel zwaar dicht. Wanneer andere gasten heel laat ‘s nachts toekomen. Zorgt dit voor hinder.

Ich komme sehr gerne wieder
Pros:

Tolles Zimmer, süßer Balkon, sehr nettes Personal und ein gemütliches Bett. Nicht zu vergessen das leckere reichhaltige Frühstück 😊

Cons:

Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft völlig überhitzt, zum Kühlen stand lediglich ein Ventilator im Zimmer. Fenster können aufgrund der stark befahrenen Straße direkt vor dem Hotel eigentlich nicht geöffnet werden. Das Haus ist generell sehr hellhörig. Die Bilder bei booking täuschen. Das Zimmer war sehr ungemütlich eingerichtet.

Pros:

Fine hotel to stay at with decent access to the city, and nearby Isar river. Beds are comfortable, the room has everything you need or expect. There are 2 supermarkets nearby.

Cons:

We booked the studio apartment. It would be nice if there were more than 2 cups/plate/cutlery available, especially as we were travelling with a child.

Für unseren Bedarf perfekt
Pros:

Für unser Vorhaben an einer FLossfahrt teilzunehmen, war die Lage ausschlaggebend und perfekt.

Cons:

Es war sehr laut, da wir das Fenster aufgrund der Wärme offen lassen mussten.

Der Lüftungs-Abzug im Bad war voller Staubflusen, ansonsten war es picobello sauber.

Einen schönen Aufenthalt in München.
Pros:

Sehr geräumigeres Zimmer und Bad. Es ist nicht luxuriös, aber das Bett ist sehr bequem und es gibt alles, was man für einen kurzen Urlaub braucht.

Pros:

Sehr gepflegtes Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und Bad mit Fenster, sehr sauber und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Tolle Regendusche, bequemes Bett. Effektives Sonnenschutzrollo, das bei der großen Hitze geholfen hat, wobei Zimmer allerdings auch über keine klimaanlage verfügt.

Cons:

Alle Türen im Haus sind sehr schwer zu öffnen, Gepäck beladen alleine fast unmöglich.
Küchenzeile sehr spartanisch bestückt, kaum Gläser und Geschirr. Kochen nur bei offenem Fenster möglich, sonst auslösen vom Feueralarm mit Androhung, Kosten selbst tragen zu müssen... Wer kocht unter diesen Voraussetzungen schon?
