金額には釣り合わない
Pros:

新しいので綺麗だった
部屋の壁や床などの色合いが落ち着いていてゆったりできた。

Cons:

⭐︎エグゼクティブラウンジが利用できるから専用の部屋を予約したがYouTubeで見たような軽食はでてこなくて本当にがっかり、ジュースの機械を置いてある機械の位置が分かりづらい。

⭐︎朝食ブュッフェは混雑していてLINEで通知が来たから行ったのに結構待たされた。スタッフも直ぐには来なくてやっと来たと思ったら顔もみずに待って下さいの一言のみ。LINEで通知来たと伝えても待って下さいの一言のみ。せめて申し訳ございませんが順番に呼ぶのでもう少々お待ち下さいと言えませんか？

⭐︎朝食ブュッフェは品数少なすぎ。今まで宿泊したホテルで一番少なかった。味は普通。料理を置いてある位置があまりにバラバラすぎ。こんなに分かりにくい配置は初めて。なくなっても中々補助されない、すごく残念でした。

⭐︎部屋のティッシュの位置。通常なら洗面台やテーブルの上など２箇所くらいありますが、２つあるベッドの奥の分かりにくい場所に一つだけ。
クレンジング、化粧水は探したけど部屋には無かったです。大浴場には置いてたかもしれませんがチェックイン時に説明は無かった。

Very smart and welcoming hotel
Pros:

Novotel Nara is a great hotel and we liked everything about it. The staff were really friendly and helpful; the room was a good size with very comfortable beds; the bathroom was pristine with a very good shower; the breakfast buffet had lots of choice, including sparkling wine!

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like.

Standard Novotel hotel
Pros:

Standard Novotel as everywhere else in the world, however few things could be improved. The rooftop bar is cute. The room is spacious. There is a few shuttle bus from the main train station in Nara to the hotel and back.

Cons:

The toiletries were minimal in the room, only toothbrush & toothpaste , shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. There is coffee machine but only 4 capsules provided and 2 sugars. 2 small bottles of waters only as well. The rooftop bar was nice however cocktails were not to our taste, very very strong , and smoking is not allowed on there. The shuttle bus only works from 10-5 pm with 1hour lunch break.
