Useful hotel
Pros:

The executive lounge was good. It gave us our evening meals as we were not looking for a big meal. The shuttle bus was very useful.

Cons:

The hotel is rather functional and the room (803) small with a view of a grey wall.

A Perfect Place to Stay in Nara
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel! Everything is excellent here: the staff are kind and helpful and we had a lovely room with very good shower and toiletries.
The breakfast is rich and plentiful. All foods are tasty and fresh. The shuttle bus is fantastic and we used it everyday to Nara station to catch buses to the tourist places. Can highly recommend this outstanding hotel.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike as everything was perfect.

Lovely spacious comfortable room. Restaurant staff ands service speed leaves a lot to be desired.
Pros:

Great location next to the conference centre, not too far from any train station. Great spacious room. Staff are helpful at the front desk

Cons:

No microwave on any floor despite information on the web that there is one.
Service in the restaurant as incredibly slow where it be breakfast, dinner or snack time. Staff were very inattentive. You had to grab their attention almost every single time you needed a drink. Even find a non service staff member to go find a service ice staff member.
The train shuttle bus was delayed without any up to date information of this delay or information in advice this can happen due to some kind of local event. It left me nervous about making my train departure time. If there is a known traffic time, then please inform guests the night before to suggest taking an earlier shuttle. Due to distance to any 7/11 style store, it would be good to have a vending machine and microwave for guests to enjoy a late night snack when needed. Service at the bar is just far too slow and the bar is not staffed.

Excellent Modern Hotel, Very Comfortable with Extremely Friendly Staff.
Pros:

Hotel is relatively new so the feel and look of the hotel was excellent, room was very modern and state of the art. Staff at Front Desk were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast & dinner buffets were both excellent.

Cons:

Location was out of town but the hotel did have an excellent shuttle bus service.

Nice stop.
Pros:

Nice room. New hotel.

Cons:

No real problems but it is a convention hotel and not near anything interesting - 5 min walk to restaurants and convenience stores, 10 min walk to the station.
