Guest Reviews
The property looked and smelled clean. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable also.
I liked the location of the hotel. We were near allot of restaurants and shopping centers.
Everything was wonderful, from the staff to the room to the delicious breakfast. Absolutely no complaints!
N/A
The beds were comfortable. The resort was clean.
Notified front desk shortly after checking in bathroom sink stopper was stuck and the sink would not drain. Was told they didn't have maintenance on duty. The clerk said he would see what he could do. He never called back in the morning I stopped at the front desk and asked when someone would be there to fix it. She said it was not reported. She wrote it down and someone was up in the hour. Also, if no housekeeping is going to be provided it should be made clear. For a Marriott I expected better.
I liked the size of the room, the larger TV was great for football! The free breakfast was really nice and the outdoor seating area was very nice too. I really enjoyed the later check out at 12:00, that was awesome!
We were not able to find ice, the construction outside was a little weird getting to the building but no noise from it during our stay.
Everything the staff was amazing and its always clean
Can't complain about anything
Comfy bed and pillows!!! Very friendly staff and a nice breakfast!
.
The location was perfect close to beach and downtown. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious.
My only complaint was the bathroom had these little black flying bugs and a good amount of them too.
The location was ok.
As soon as we walked in there was a bad odor and when we got to our room it was not properly cleaned. When we pulled back the covers on the bed there were food crumbs and stains on the sheets. I'm not saying that is a bad place but you have to take a little pride at keeping your facilities clean and admirable to continue to attract guests.
Limpeza, Localização e ser uma estrutura super nova! O hotel está dentro de um Mall e junto a muitas lojas interessantes.
No hall onde é servido o café da manhã, tem um cheiro de gordura desagradável
Limpio
La verdad nada
Cleanliness
Pillows hard
The breakfast was nice.It had a nice small variety
The side door entrance had a ramp. That was a little steep. And the in-house products for sale were a little pricey.
Was well located as I was in town for bananaball game
Initially room I was allocated was unsatisfactory 601 too noisy. Phone did not connect down to front desk I had to use my own phone to call a. Number of time during my stay I did advise them of this. I had a missing bag delivered by an airline na requested to be called as soon as it did. I only found out after tracking the AirTag that was in it. The outdoor furniture could be in better condition it appeared weathered and nor inviting to sit on
