Everything . The history was fascinating . The views from the upper canyon rooms was Spectacular. The entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly and accommodating to whatever we needed.

Castle like facility with individual structures for each room in the main area. Comfortable rooms with balconies. The manager and staff were helpful and customer service oriented. Upper rooms had incredible views of the canyons. Restaurant on site so we ate breakfast and dinner there. Tours available.
Due to its location and area, next to the Mirador, we needed transportation everywhere we went.

La atención y ubicacion fabulosa. , realmente te sientes en la Sierra taraumara conectando de una manera excepcional con la naturaleza y el ambiente del Castillo fabuloso.
No hubo nada que no nos haya gustado.

El acceso a las habitaciones, poca iluminación en andadores, mal wi-fi , cobro por cualquier traslado desde el hotel aunque la distancia es poca, son 3.5 km y no está incluído este servicio

La limpieza de la habitación, el baño estaba sucio cuando llegamos.
PESIMO HOTEL, está descuidado no va de acuerdo a las fotos es inseguro y la atención x parte del hotel es burlesca y de echarle la culpa al cliente, se les propuso llegar a un acuerdo ya que decidimos no hospedarnos y se negaron argumentando que los estábamos extorsionando
No les recomiendo perder su dinero en ese hotel de tan baja calidad, compran reseñas por eso es que está "bien posicionado"
El personal y sus atenciones fueron excelentes, todo el tiempo nos sentimos bienvenidos. La habitación era muy cómoda, un poquito oscura, pero de manera general nos agradó mucho. Y a lo que vimos, el hecho de que la habitación tuviera internet era un super lujo.
Realmente no hay mucho que decir, uno pudiera ponerse quisquilloso y mencionar que la habitación era austera sin muchos lujos, y que no tenía vista al cañon pero son cosas mínimas, la verdad me gustó mucho el aspecto rústico de la habitación.

Me gustó mucho el lugar, el transporte es de parte del hotel con coato extra, es un lugar seguro y agradable, los anfitriones son muy agradables y amables, hay tienda para comprar aquí mismo en el hotel y restaurante.
