You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Cheap. Close to Medina. Pool was good to have. Dinners were good.

Cons:

Very noisy roads. Breakfast was bad - constantly ran out of food, juice and crockery.

Cons:

Le personnel à la réception n’est pas à la hauteur du service attendu , on vous rend vos passeport en vous les héritant sur le comptoir (à noter que le gardien et les femmes de chambre sont aimables)
La salle de bain n’est pas entretenue, vétuste, et le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur
La navette pour l’aéroport est payante et ils ne le disent pas lors de la réservation d’ailleurs lors de l’envoi d’un message ils n’ont pas été très aimable du tout

Das Hotel liegt in der Neustadt und Recht ruhig. Man konnte nachts ruhig schlafen. Wir schätzen die fußläufige Lage zum Royal Tennis Club. In die Medina konnte man auch zu Fuß gehen. Unser Zimmer war angenehm groß und das Bad auch. Gutes großes Bett. Im Pool waren wir nicht baden, aber die Liegemöglichkeiten mit Matratzen waren toll. Nur die Poolbeschallung könnte leiser sein. Das Frühstück war angebotsreich und auch gut.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war es etwas schmutzig. Die Saftmaschine und die Auslage für die Croissants sollten besser geputzt werden.

Pros:

Sa localisation, l’aimabilite du personnel.

Cons:

Le manque de communication et d’explications. Après deux massages d’une heure réservés et confirmé par le réceptionniste au moment du rendez-vous vous masszge il est en fait question que d’une demie heure chacun.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Es ist in der Nähe der Medina, die man fußläufig erreichen kann. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist sauber und man hat von dort eine tolle Aussicht. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist gut, sodass jeder was findet. Teilweise ändert sich das Angebot beim Frühstück täglich. Das Bett ist sehr groß, sauber und bequem.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Möbel sind teilweise schon sehr abgenutzt und haben macken. Die zwei Gläser die wir in unserem Zimmer stehen hatten waren sehr schmutzig.
Der Frühstücksraum ist nicht sehr groß, wodurch wir einmal morgens wieder in unser Zimmer gehen mussten, da keine Plätze mehr frei waren. Das Geschirr ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen und ein bisschen schmutzig.

L’accueil , on nous a donné la carte de la chambre , c’est tout .Pas d’information sur l’hotel, le petit déjeuner , la piscine , les activités ……le Hammam dont on se demande même si il y en a un , nous avons essayé de demander mais la personne était avare en infos .
Le petit déjeuner pas assez fourni , suivant l’heure plus rien, le matin tôt il faut attendre car rien n’est prêt .
