Pros:

Location of the Hotel

Cons:

Felt some of the staff working the breakfast lacked supervision. Every morning we had to ask fir juice to be topped up, hot food to be replenished. Completely ran out of butter one morning. If became frustrating and annoying.

Pros:

Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli prema del check in.
La struttura un po' datata.
Ottima accoglienza
Staff ok
Colazione ok
Vicinanza alla Medina 20 Min a piedi ma servizio taxi conviene.

Cons:

La doccia e il bagno in generale non pulitissimo.
Il doccino non restava appeso da solo.

Pros:

Comfortable and clean, on walking distance from the city center (25 mins from the main square) and in the nice modern part of the city. Breakfast was good, they allowed us to leave our baggage before and after check in and everyone was friendly and polite, especially the girl on the reception.
