Terrible stay, never again, ridiculous, and uncomfortable

Everything, very uncomfortable, very loud with people yelling all night, no breakfast, no bathroom in the room. The host was extremely rude and yelled and screamed at me on the phone because he gave me the wrong directions and I couldn’t find the hotel which doesn’t even have the correct address on Google maps, booking.com, and anywhere else. There is no correct address for this place, I was abandoned outside for an hour waiting for the host to let me in. I need a refund immediately and it was a terrible terrible place. No hangers, no mirrors, extremely cold. It says it is 3km from the airport and it is much much further. Please do not send customers there in the future. It is not even a hotel. It is a house that a family lives it. It is a horrible place and we didn’t even stay the whole time we stayed there, we had to leave early because it was so uncomfortable. The host tried to get me to pay him extra money as a tip saying it is “tax” and steal from me after we already paid for everything in advance.

completely disappointing. I would not recommend that place to anyone.

I was not served breakfast although I paid for it.

Cons:

The room stinks somewhat. there is only one one toilet/shower room in the corridor shared with all the other clients and staff. Almost everything in there is broken. it stinks all the time.

Si vous souhaitez vivre la pire expérience hôtelière de votre vie, choisissez cet établissement.
Nous avions réservé via Booking et sommes arrivés à 22h, pour découvrir avec surprise que des travaux étaient en cours dans l’hôtel à cette heure-là. Nous avons ensuite attendu plus de 30 minutes avant que la responsable daigne nous accueillir.
Lorsqu’elle est finalement arrivée — sortant de la douche en serviette — elle nous a annoncé qu’il n’y avait plus de chambres disponibles. Elle a ensuite insisté de manière très désagréable pour que nous annulions notre réservation sur le site, ce qui n’était évidemment pas possible.
Son attitude laissait clairement penser qu’elle cherchait à nous arnaquer : elle voulait que nous annulions afin de ne rien payer, puis nous laisser nous débrouiller ailleurs. Nous avons refusé. N’ayant aucune autre solution, elle nous a finalement conduits vers un appartement qui n’appartenait même pas à l’hôtel, sans Wi-Fi et dans des conditions médiocres.
Tout au long de cette expérience, son comportement a été inacceptable : impoli, désinvolte et irrespectueux.
Pour couronner le tout, le lendemain à 11h, elle est venue frapper à la porte pour nous demander de rendre les clés, alors que le départ était prévu à 12h.

Cons:

Expérience très décevante.
Personnel peu aimable, accueil désagréable, et chambre dans un état de propreté inacceptable. J’ai préféré repartir immédiatement sans passer la nuit.
Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.
