Excellent hotel with friendly staff, great location, clean comfortable rooms & a peaceful atmosphere
Pros:

We had a very enjoyable stay at Semsan Hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful. The hotel was very clean throughout, and our room was comfortable, quiet and well maintained. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants and transport. Overall, we found it to be great value for money and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Only a couple of minor points. The bathroom was occasionally short of soap, and there was usually only one toilet roll provided in the room. These were small issues and did not significantly affect our stay.

It was a nice expirience
Pros:

Location is exelent. Brekfast was a fresh and tasty. I would like more a traditional turkish food

I felt like that's my good friend's hotel (in a great way)!
Pros:

First of all, this is 10 star across all of my expectations for this budget. Second of all, Mustafa, who is a receptionist even helped me to withstand my rights against some bad taxi driver. Usually people don't care, but here I felt like hotel is my friend's home. Absolutely lovely experience.

Pros:

U hotelu smo odseli 10 dana. Osoblje izuzetno, nasmejano, maksimalno se trude da odrze cistocu, svaki dan ciste sobu, svaki treci dan zamena peskira i posteljine. Vredi posetiti ukoliko vam odgovara lokacija

Cons:

Losa rasveta u sobama, jedva vidljivo. Dorucak jednolican, ali tako je i u turskim hotelima sa vise zvezdica.

Good value for money for a short trip
Pros:

Good value for money. Friendly welcoming, good wifi internet connection, room as basic but everything what was needed there. They have nice breakfast hall interior, quite authentic and rustic, also good looking lobby. Stayed for two nights, breakfast was the same including boiled eggs and filter coffee.

Cons:

Room temperature settings are quite difficult to understand. For breakfast, more variety of egg would be great, now it was only boiled eggs, no scramble or sunny side up. Coffee could be offered separately for additional price (cappuccino, espresso or american), now it was cheap filtered coffee which tasted nothing like coffee.
If planning to explore the city by foot, keep in mind that the hotel is on the steep hill.
