Perfection! The best hotel ever.
Pros:

Everything was incredible. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel and the staff were incredible. I was travelling alone and they were so kind to me and made me feel so comfortable. Truly the best hotel experience I have ever had and every hotel stay from now on will be very hard to beat this experience.

Pros:

Der Check in war sehr freundlich und schnell, das Mittagessen ausgezeichnet mit sehr gutem Service. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und vielfältig.
Unsere Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Bad modern und wertig.
Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Great location, fabulous breakfast.
Pros:

Great location in the middle of the small Silandro town. Easy parking. Warm welcome, great rooms - we had a lovely view of the tower and the snow covered mountains behind. The breakfast was incredible. We also ate in the hotel in the evening and this was very good too. Staff were always helpful.

pulizia stanza perfetta, colazione ottima così come la posizione dell'hotel e il parcheggio

Cons:

migliorerei solo le informazioni relative all'accesso alla spa poichè non dislocata nell' edificio principale ma in un edificio adiacente
idea per un eventuale sviluppo dell'hotel stesso : la possibilità di avere un servizio di massaggi prenotabile
