Warm en gastvrij hotel op een toplocatie in Kadıköy met uitstekende service.
Pros:

De warme en persoonlijke service maakte ons verblijf bijzonder. De eigenaar en zijn vrouw zijn zeer betrokken en ook de rest van het personeel is uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie in Kadıköy is perfect en het ontbijt is vers en verzorgd.

Cons:

Het hotel is hier en daar wat gedateerd en niet alles is perfect afgewerkt. Voor wie op zoek is naar moderne luxe en veel faciliteiten, zijn er betere opties. Voor ons woog de oprechte gastvrijheid echter veel zwaarder dan deze kleine minpunten.

設備は古いですが、スタッフとロケーションが素晴らしい。
Pros:

スタッフが良い。レストランのスタッフはとても気がきく。フロントのスタッフは優しい。清掃スタッフは細やか。
そして何よりロケーションが素晴らしいです。ベッドのリネンも上等でぐっすり眠れました。

Cons:

床が凹んでいて、数時間後に目眩がしました。でもその後は大丈夫でした。設備の問題ですが、排水溝の匂いがします。でも、窓を開けておけば大丈夫だと思います。

Pros:

Очень удобное местоположение. Легко добраться до метро (прямая ветка до аэропорта Сабихи Генсек) и от паромной станции. Неплохие завтраки и с 7.30 утра,что очень удобно

Cons:

В ванной комнате, к сожалению есть грибок, что испортило общее впечатление. И кондиционер и потолок над ним тоже требует чистки

Convenient location near the metro, friendly staff
Pros:

Stayed for one night, everything was fine, the reception was very kind and polite. The view from the roof, where there is a restaurant for breakfast, is gorgeous, and the breakfast itself was also very good! There is no elevator as it was mentioned, although we were not expecting a spiral staircase (but this was not a problem for us). Very close to Kadikoy Metro Station, making it convenient to reach Sabiha Airport. In the evening we enjoyed a walk along the Bosporus waterfront. It's a very lively area with shops and cafes.

Quiet and clean in the heart of Moda
Pros:

The location is fantastic, in the heart of Moda, the room was a really good size and clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok but not more and coffee just filter coffee, I think there is room for improvement there :-)

Хорошее месторасположение, если вам нужно остаться на азиатской стороне рядом с причалом Кадыкей.
Приветливый и внимательный персонал.
Хороший завтрак. Без излишеств, но все необходимое было.

Cons:

Как и во всех старых домах есть проблемы с канализацией. Поэтому в номере стоит характерный запах.

Für ein Wochenende zu Zweit geeignet
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgesprochen gut, sofern man es liebt, mittendrin im Geschehen zu sein. Man tritt aus der Tür und ist umgeben von Bars, Restaurants, Cafés, Geschäften. Speziell am Wochenende sind hier Menschenmassen unterwegs. Dennoch haben wir im zweiten Stock ruhig geschlafen.
7 Minuten zu Fuß und man kann wunderbar mit der Fähre in den europäischen Teil gelangen. U Bahn ist genauso nah. Praktisch für den Weg zum Flughafen.
Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Nach einigem Suchen haben wir den unscheinbaren Hoteleingang gefunden.
Zu den Zimmern führt nur eine schmale Treppe, kein Fahrstuhl. Mit viel Gepäck wird es schwierig.
Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Mobiliar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Der Boden war leider nicht wirklich gereinigt.
Das Badezimmer lässt sich nur mit einer dürftigen Schiebetür verschließen. Privatsphäre ist da nur schlecht möglich.
Die Betten waren für uns viel zu weich.
Das Frühstück ist ok bzw überschaubar. Man wird satt.

Pros:

Останавливаемся в этом отеле на в первый раз! Отличное расположение, всё рядом и автобус и паром! Колорит "старого" города превосходный! Работают все в отеле на отлично! Прекрасный завтрак, может показаться однообразным, но поверьте есть с чем сравнить! Рецепшн круглосуточный! Ребята помогают и с багажом на этаж, и кофе угостят и порекомендуют места к посещению! Несмотря что рядом несколько пабов -достаточно тихо ночью, конечно при закрытых окнах! Один из лучших отелей за свои деньги. 100% рекомендации!!!
Что привлекает в Кадыкёй - главное нет такого скопления туристов и их сопровождающих проблем! Колоритность района, много мест для проведения досуга, вне экскурсий! Шикарная набережная для прогулок и любителей побегать! Район МОДА насыщен и магазинами и рынками , на любой вкус! Ни Истикляль, ни другие "европейские" районы города не имеют такого колорита! Так, что мои рекомендации!
