El hotel es espectacular, ideal para parejas. El servicio de comida, tanto el desayuno como las opciones que tienen para comer son deliciosas, súper gourmet. Tienen una cocina increíble. Todo el staff es muy amable. Era nuestra luna de miel y nos recibieron con un champagne. El estilo del lugar es hermoso! La cama es enorme y súper cómoda, los baños un lujo! Superó ampliamente las expectativas

Verwennerij in prachtig kader.
Pros:

Prachtig qua esthetiek. Consequent oranje -witte kleuren, Hollywood thirties vibe. Splinternieuw, je kon de verf nog ruiken. Heerlijk ontbijt met originele gerechten, super vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Niets eigenlijk, alleen weinig plaats om twee valiezen open te leggen.

We loved staying at Riviera Hotel. The location was perfect for us, and everything was kept to a high standard. Big thanks to the staff who were very friendly and knowledgeable, they helped us with recommendations on beaches, restaurants and activities. Great place 🥰

Hotel de 10 i estada immillorable.
Pros:

Ens ha sorprès positivament el servei, l’esmorzar i totes les instal•lacions. El tracte en tot moment ha sigut de 10, hem estat súper contents amb la experiencia en aquest hotel!!!!!

Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé dans cet hôtel :
Tout d’abord la gentillesse la bonne humeur et l’efficacité du personnel !!!
La décoration qui est à la fois dans un style très original et très élégant jusque dans les moindres détails
La piscine, très agréable, les transats sont parfaits
Les serviettes à disposition autant pour la plage que pour la piscine, ainsi que des parasols pour la plage
Les incroyables milk-shake à la vanille !
La qualité du petit déjeuner avec là encore, un personnel très professionnel et très serviable

Estancia muy recomendable en Ciutadella
Pros:

El personal es muy atento.
Si alquilas coche en la isla, es muy fácil aparcar cerca del hotel, además el centro de Ciutadella se encuentra a 10 min andando, por lo que la ubicación es muy buena.
Las habitaciones y la piscina estaban muy bien. Tienen servicio de agua gratuito, lo cual se agradece en épocas de calor.

Cons:

Como puntos negativos:
En la habitación ponen una pequeña bolsa de gominolas Haribo junto a la botella de agua. Nos los comimos pensando que eran de cortesía, pero no fue así. Como recomendación, les diría que los pusieran en la nevera para evitar malentendidos, porque el precio es exagerado.

Por otra parte, el desayuno está muy bien, tienen un plato principal a elegir y a parte puedes coger cosas del buffet, sin embargo, es al aire libre y hacía mucho calor, por lo que todos los días había alguna avispa rondando la mesa y resultaba un poco incómodo.
