Good hotel for visiting Mumbai
Pros:

Excellent location, at 100m from a metro station and the beach is next station on same line. There also 2 good restaurants very close in same street. The rooms are very clean and they have a window.

Cons:

The breakfast might be better

Pros:

Spacious family room, close to sky train station. Plenty shops and eateries near by. Staff were all friendly.

Cons:

Loud at night with all the vehicles beeping. Bathroom water didn't work well, during a shower the water would just stop mid way through. You couldn't wash your hands after flushing the loo and had to wait for the flushing to stop before washing. Communications from staff weren't very clear, we were told breakfast started at 8am went down 30 mins later and kitchen was closed, then I think we were ment to order the night before so the made it ready for you (can't be sure as translation wasn't great) but we didn't get our breakfast.

Cons:

The property was very cheap and dirty with very rude staff. They charged my daughter in advance when she asked to show her the room first they said it is occupied and didn’t gave her room occupancy till 8:00 pm in night. The crowd and staff looked very cheap and drunk it appeared she was in some red light building. Being a solo girl I asked her not to stay there and she went to her friend’s place to stay. The property is not at all meant for family or solo girl travellers

Cons:

As per posting of rooms on booking platform such as deluxe/superior rooms charges contradicts on arrival.
Extra hidden charges.
Catering services worst, only interested in sucking money not taking into account about satisfaction or provide reasonable attention.

Pros:

Everything except in room facilities. No toiletries available as well as no self tea coffee maker. Else it was excellent stay. Will definitely visit the place again whenever in Mumbai
