בהחלט אחזור אליהם בפעם הבאה שלי בברלין.

המקום גדול ומואר המיטה נוחה המטבח והמקרר מצויינים הכניסה לבניין ולדירה בקוד מאוד נוח יש מגבות כלים וכל מה שצריך לשהייה מושלמת היה קצת מים שכל הזמן יצאו החוצה מהמקלחת כנראה האיטום לא מאה אחוז אבל זה לא הפריע לנו והיתרונות בדירה עולים על כל חיסרון קטן כזה או אחר המיקום מצויין יש גם מלא חנויות מסעדות תחנת מטרו ועמדה של קורקינטים ואופניים ככה שהנגישות מופלאה הדירה מומלצת בחום

Option pratique pour un prix raisonnable
Pros:

L’appartement était très agréable et bien placé à côté de nombreux commerces et restaurants.

Cons:

Très bruyant malgré le double vitrage et nous avons dû faire appel à quelqu’un car la porte de douche était bloquée.

Schnelle Kommunikation - Zimmer nicht zu dritt zu empfehlen

Unkomplizierter Check-In und schnelle Rückmeldung.

Cons:

Wohnung / Apartment hat nicht den Bildern entsprochen. Es werden diverse Wohnungen angeboten, allerdings scheint es, dass nur die größten Wohnungen auf den Bildern zu sehen sind.

Wir waren zu dritt und hatten ein Bett für zwei und die dritte Schlafgelegenheit war ein Ausklappsessel. Bei diesem Sessel war die Halterung für das Ausklappbare Fußteil defekt. Dadurch das Schlafen zum unbequemen Ausklappsessel zusätzlich wenig erholsam.

Hinzu kommt, dass wir für das Sofa keine Bettwäsche, Kissen und Decke hatten. Auf Nachfragen sollten wir nochmal im Raum suchen. Darauf hin sollten wir aus einem Nebenraum Bettwäsche holen, Kissen und Decke hatten wir weiterhin nicht. Das Kissen und eine Decke sollten wir am nächsten Tag bekommen. Nach einem kurzen hin und her haben wir spät Nachts noch alles gebracht bekommen.

Wir sollten daraufhin eine Teilerstattung erhalten. Diese Teilerstattung ist drei Wochen später immer noch nicht erstattet worden.

Great apartments, but the service experience was not pleasant.

Lovely apartments in a great location.

Cons:

At the check-in time at 16 our apartament wasn’t ready. We asked the agency representative to help us with the check-in for our second stay, as we had booked another apartment in the same building. Unfortunately, it seems there was a misunderstanding, because when we arrived to check in, the apartment had not been cleaned yet. Also there was a lot of noise from the street and the hallway, especially if noisy neighbors returned late at night.

Cons:

Vielleicht WAR! es mal ganz gut. ABER:
Es hat im Zimmer schlimm gestunken, so, als wäre gerade jemand mit einer Krankheit auf der Toilette gewesen. Als wir die Badezimmertür geöffnet haben, sind wir fast umgekippt vor Gestank. Die Lüftung hat gar nicht geholfen. Der Gestank blieb, bis wir wieder abgereist sind. Rund um die Dusche war schwarzer Schimmel und schleimiger Dreck. Der Griff zur Dusche war kaputt. Ebenso zwei von drei Schrankgriffen. Hier steckte die spitze Schraube raus, der Griffknopf lag auf dem Fußboden. Check out war schon um 10h, dafür der Check in erst ab 16 Uhr. Also kamen wir um 18h. Da war dann allerdings niemand mehr erreichbar. Über 300 (dreihundert!!!) Euro für 2 Nächte, viel zu viel!

Pros:

Es ist super gelegen, direkt nahe der U Bahn. Rundherum viele kleine Restaurant .....

Die großen Fenster sind sehr schön, waren allerdings bei 40 Grad draußen etwas nachtreilhaft.

Cons:

Das Online Formular zur Registrierung ging nicht und hat etwas Stress gemacht. Die Hotline hat aber schnell reagiert und es anders lösen können

Ganz tolles Apartment & easy check-in + unsere Anfragen wurden respektiert (Ventilator wurde extra vorbeigebracht z.b.), die Lage war super! wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Good base, close to transport, in the the funky part of the former East Berlin
Pros:

Great location and the fold out sofa bed was very comfortable (most at other apartments we have stayed at were not).

Cons:

The apartment in the photos is extremely light filled. Ours was not. The windows and small balcony opened onto the rubbish collection area. Access is by stairs only (thankfully only one flight) but not disability friendly.

buena calidad y precio. Såuper limpio.
Pros:

la limpieza del lugar y el espacio de los cuartos, con la cocineta.. todo super util y la ducha estaba espectacular.

Cons:

un poquito de ruido por ser calle principal pero con tapones se duerme perfecto. Recomiendo almohadas menos gordas

Pros:

Warm, interesting place, great location, Berlin! The building has soul

Cons:

Only stairs, no elevator. Checkout at 10AM in general is too early. The room was a little too plain, the position of the beds could be different to create an atmosphere. Since the host is taking into account suggestions - it would be wonderful if fragrance-free and hypoallergenic detergents (like in good hotels) were used!
