Pros:

The partment itself was very nice, it had all amenities I’d expect. It was clean too.

Cons:

The check in system is very lacking. The reservation didn’t specify my room number, so when I got to the building I didn’t know which room is mine. Also the check in system through the app does not always work, and it causes a lot of stress if you’re unable to access your room especially in the evening.

Guter Urlaub mit Einschränkungen

Gute Lage mitten in Berlin

Cons:

Schlechte Beschreibung wo genau im Haus die Zimmer sind. Mitten im Aufenthalt gab es eine Änderung des Anbieters mit uns 3 Familien die Abends nicht mehr in ihr Zimmer gekommen sind, da die Codes gewechselt wurden. Seitens Humaris schlechte Kommunikation. Später mit der Eigentümerin die im Urlaub war lief es besser nach 45 min. Könnte man endlich das Zimmer wieder betreten.

Αν και το διαμέρισμα ήταν καλοδιατηρημένο, η είσοδος του κτηρίου και οι σκάλες ήταν πολύ άσχημα συντηρημένες.
Είμαστε 4 άτομα και όλο το διαμέρισμα ήταν ένα δωμάτιο και μια μικρή κουζίνα και WC. Βασικά ο καναπές έγινε κρεββάτι και όλοι κοιμόμαστε στο ίδιο δωμάτιο. Αυτό δεν περιγραφόταν στην αγγελία και για να είμαι ειλικρινής περίμανα ότι θα υπήρχε ένα ξεχωριστό υπνοδωμάτιο. Οι αναρτημένες φωτογραφίες στο Booking ξεγελάνε.

Очень хороший, чистый и большой номер. Есть плита и кофемашина, так что можно приготовить завтрак или ужин для семьи.

Cons:

Самый большой минус - заселение. Чек-ин через сайт, но номер был недоступен к указанному сроку. Решилось только после общения через whatsapp, да и то не сразу.
Номер немного шумноват, но нам нормально.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen und die SBahn Verbindung schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
Auch das Personal ist bei Fragen 24/7 telefonisch Kontaktierbar und sehr freundlich.
Lassen Sie sich nicht durch den alten, heruntergekommenen Hausflur täuschen. Die Zimmer selbst bieten genügend Platz und sind von der Sauberkeit gut. Die Küche beinhaltet Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle und eine Kaffeemaschine um selbst schnell etwas zuzubereiten. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
