Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni con amici e ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per l'appartamento moderno e molto comodo e sia per la posizione ottimale per visitare Berlino, la metro e S-bahn a due passi dall'appartamento.

Pros:

There was no particular "wrong" about this place. Beds were nice, apartment was very warm when Berlin was -10, nice little kitchen was helpful and shower was nice. Being so close to metro is a nice plus.

Cons:

Shower didnt work as well as it should have, but it did it's job. Head of shower thing was sliding downwards etc. But nothing that made it uncomfortable per se.

Велике зручне ліжко, балкон, розташування.

Cons:

Великі стелі бо навіть при -5 на вулиці і ввімкнутих обігрівачах в квартирі було прохолодно. За ніч нагрілось але то таке.

Sehr gut, aber geht besser
Pros:

Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen. Direkt vor der Tür ist die U Bahn, zum Bahnhof sind es etwa 10 Gehminuten, Einkaufen kann man um die Ecke, Restaurants, Lieferservices, Cafés.... man hat hier alles. Ich komme seit 2 Jahren regelmäßig her und hatte nie etwas zu beanstanden. Immer alles sauber, funktionell, Bett komfortabel

Cons:

So schön das auch alles ist. Der Preis ist, verglichen mit anderen Anbietern, deutlich höher. Teils habe ich auch schon sehr lange (fast 6 monate) auf meine Rechnung gewartet. Das hat sich gebessert, aber Ärgerlich ist es dennoch

Świetnie skomunikowany obiekt
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja - bezpośredni ubahn z dworca i do centrum, po drugiej stronie przystanek sbahn.
Pokoje bardzo czyste, łóżka wygodne.

Cons:

System checkin w osobnej aplikacji - linki do niego były wycinane z wiadomości na bookingu i maila.

Enough space for 4 people. Good equipped kitchen. A lot of light. Cozy bath. I would love to book it again!

Schöne Altbauwohnung - ruhig, hell, gross, modern - an bester Lage zur U-Bahn und Flughafen BER
Pros:

Die Lage ist ideal - direkt bei der U-Bahnhaltestelle Samariterstrasse -> U-Bahnlinie U5 - Ost-West, welche an zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten vorbeiführt. 10 Min vom Alexanderplatz sowie gute Verbindungen zum Flughafen BER. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants sind in der Umgebung zu Fuss erreichbar.
Die Unterkunft / Einrichtung ist genau wie in den Fotos gezeigt wird. Das Apartment ist eine sehr schöne, helle Altbauwohnung mit grosszügigen Räumen, modern eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Betten, auch das Sofabett sind sehr bequem und die Einrichtungen in der Küche und im Bad perfekt

Cons:

Das Treppenhaus ist dunkel und der Teppich schmuddelig.
