Pros:

Desk was too close to the AC unit, so you either were freezing working at the desk or hot. Plug on the desk was so worn that the plug would not work.

How close it was to the river market.

Cons:

Everything was old and outdated. TV and mini fridge didn't work. Very tiny bathroom. Uncomfortable beds that were very loud and slid around when you sat on them. When I tried to upgrade for riverfront view room on the app before we got there, it took my money and the room was most definitely not riverfront. Benihanas was great and the breakfast was good. Everything else was a disappointment. Will not be staying here again.

Good value for a good night’s sleep
Pros:

The staff at check in and at the breakfast buffet were friendly and attentive. Shaun and Marie especially were fantastic. The made to order omelet station and fresh waffles were great. For the price, you can’t beat this for a good nights sleep and nice breakfast. The hotel is a bit dated, hence my overall rating of 8, but for a comfy bed and fresh breakfast it’s a great deal.
