Pros:

Breakfast was great! Marie was awesome at the omelette station and the waitstaff at the steakhouse was awesome during breakfast service.

There was a weird musty, mildew smell in the room, where the tradeshow was held.

Other than room not getting attention for second night stay, everything else was great.

Room did not get cleaned for the second night stay after I requested it. When I called front office staff was very rude and stated “Oh well”. I did speak to management face to face and made complaint on staff member.

Short visit and it put me close to destination.
Pros:

Convenient to historic area. Clean, friendly, view and short walk to river , the lobby was light and clean.

Cons:

Halls had older dark colors and the outer entrance door to that hall did not shut and lock on its own if it was closed too fast by the wind, but I imagine that got fixed.

Everything with exceptions!!

Cons:

About 10:30 , I was getting dressed and a guy knocked and I responded just a minute . He opened the door ,I had my boobs out everywhere. I think it was the manager or something. He kept apologizing as he closed the door but that was embarrassing.

The toilet wasn’t working when I first got into the room. The outlets in the bathroom did not work when I tried to dry my hair, and the outlet on the lamp on the night stand did not work.

Very very pleased and joyful!!!!!!
Pros:

The shuttle drivers were amazing and very very friendly!!!!!! The evening staff were awesome and very helpful! The bartender at the bar was very accommodating!!!!! We were very happy 😊!

Cons:

The day shift at the front desk were very adequate but not very friendly. They seemed very short and a little off . I don't think this is necessarily bad but could put a Karen or Karl in a mode.....They just need to be more aware of their demeanor and a little more personable.
