I would absolutely stay again and enjoyed my stay for the most part.
Pros:

I like the quietness of the location. I like the availability of the shuttle. Breakfast was good and the bar experience was good.

Cons:

I did not like room 1082. I would prefer to never have that room again. Bathroom too small, bed was sliding away from the wall. Also bed was squeaky.

Pros:

Always book a room here to be very near the arena. Very clean with an abundance of bathroom towels. The breakfast was excellent!

Cons:

For a big & tall guy I didn’t like the low toilet. The water pressure in the bathroom sink had terrible water pressure that was too low. Even though I loved the large tv it kept losing sound(staff was prompt in fixing it). No microwave and nothing to look at through the window but a
wall. The food from the bar was too salty for me.🤢🤮

What I did not like was booking.com. They never sent over my reservations. I had to wait an hour to talk to a live operator. I was very embarrassed and I could not get my money back that day. I will never use this company ever again and I would recommend no one else does as well. The reason why no one’s accountable For mess ups. No one even try to help me get another room or get my money back didn’t even offer me a free room after three hours of not being able to check in. I had to purchase the room again without booking.com and the price was actually cheaper.

Very disappointed in staff
Cons:

Once I got there the older lady at the front told me i wouldnt get a room their systems were down. I advised her i haf an online reservation, and she aid she couldn't access my reservation. She offered no resolution. I told her i just drove 12 hours, its Thanksgiving.. so where do we go from here, because I had this all set up online ahead of time. She had me wait while she made a phone call and then advised me she couldn't accept my cash payment. It had to be on a card. Mind you its 2 am, my kid is ready to be out of the car, there's no where to make a deposit, AND its a holiday. This lady was so unbothered and was not trying to help me at all. Just a "too bad" attitude. I had to leave and find somewhere else to stay.
