Friendliest place to stay in Little Rock
Pros:

Breakfast staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Maids were always smiling and helpful. Bus drivers were kind and helpful. Desk people were kind and helpful as well. Everyone was awesome. I use a Service dog, and no one made a big deal over her, It was nice that people ignored her (as they should). I appreciated it a lot!! We will definitely be staying here again. The beds are 100X more comfortable than the beds at the Marriott.

Cons:

I'm frugal, the price was a bit high but it was a high demand weekend. But that's all. I'm a part of the club now, so next time I earn points....

I would choose to stay at this property again because it was safe and clean and the staff were kind.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by the friendliest staff. They were kind and answered all of my questions. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great for me and my child. The staff working during breakfast was also so friendly and quick. My daughter and I were going to a concert at Simmons Bank Arena. The hotel has a shuttle that will take you to the arena, but we decided to walk. It was only a 9 minute walk from the hotel to the arena and I felt safe the entire time.

Cons:

The property could use some cosmetic updates.

We stayed at the Wyndham last night while attending the Benson Boone concert, and honestly… they made our whole experience even better! 🎶❤️

📍 The location was PERFECT! The hotel was conveniently located near the arena, which made getting to the concert so easy. And here’s the best part — they had a shuttle bus taking guests to and from the arena! 🙌 No fighting traffic. No stressing about parking. Just sit back and enjoy the night!

And we have to give a HUGE shoutout to Mr. Jerry! 🥹👏 He was absolutely one of the sweetest people we met during our stay. He drove us back and forth and was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant. Mr. Jerry, you definitely helped make our trip special! ❤️

🥐☕ And let’s talk about that continental breakfast! DELICIOUS! 😋 We were pleasantly surprised by how good it was.

But what really stood out was the staff. Every single person we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell when people genuinely care about making guests feel comfortable — and this team absolutely does!

We had a very nice stay at the Wyndham Riverfront Hotel in Tennessee. This is a more traditional, standard-style hotel, but it has been nicely renovated and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

One of the biggest surprises was the full breakfast included with our stay. I have to say, it was delicious! Having a substantial breakfast ready to go in the morning was a wonderful perk and definitely added value to our stay.

Getting to our room was easy and convenient, and we appreciated the straightforward layout and accessibility. Everything was comfortable and worked well for our visit.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area. A comfortable hotel, convenient access, and a great breakfast make this an easy place to recommend!

Clean, updated room with wonderful customer service!
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I do not remember all their names. I believe it was Maria on the omelette station. She was very cheerful and welcoming to all. Front desk and van driver were also extremely courteous. Loved having transportation to the concert. It was an unexpected surprise.

Cons:

We had a far off room and the hotel is a little tricky to navigate until you get the hang of it. The outside corridors cut out a lot of walking.

Great location, 3 restaurants, uncomfortable bed
Pros:

The location was excellent. We were going to a concert at Simmons Arena and it was within walking distance, although a free shuttle to the event was available and we took it on the way there. Took less than 5 minutes. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. Also it was within walking distance to the scenic park by the river. We enjoyed the option of 3 different restaurants on site, so you don't have to venture out if you don't want to. Very clean hotel.

Cons:

My bed wasn't very comfortable for my taste. Too firm.

I found it challenging to find my room the first time because the layout of the hotel is a bit odd.

Breakfast area was too tight, especially if there's a lot of guests around the same time. There's a bar by a wall you gotta squeeze by.
