Liniștea, personalul amabil, dotarea chicinetei, locația, răcoarea din camera (fără a fi nevoie sa pornim AC-ul).

O locatie buna pentru cei mai putin pretențioși
Pros:

Locatia este bună din punct de vedere a pozitiei in care se află si cam atât.

Cons:

Necesita o renovare totală si schimbarea anumitor obiecte: TV-uri, baterie duș, saltea, pat, canapea etc. Este nevoie de o atentie sporită la detalii in ceea ce priveste curățenia.
Aflându-se la demisol trebuie rezolvata problema umidității si a mirosurilor.
Raportul calitate preț nu este cel corect.

Very good
Pros:

I liked that it was clean. Also I apreciated that even in if was not a hotel, there was room service every day. It was wifi there that worked nice. The property is located near to the center and has a grocery shop not far away. The staff was wonderfull and realy nice.

Cons:

That it was on ground floor, because it was a parking lot in front of the building and I was able to hear everything happening outside. The photos do not reflect reality(at least the room I was staying in does not exist in the pictures). There was mold in the bathtub and a really old bath curtain, that seemed unsanitary. The pillows were not comfortable at all.
