Cons:

Nous avions de l’eau froide le matin ainsi que le soir. Même après avoir demandé au personnel de faire qqch cela n’a pas changé. Cela étant dommage sachant que nous avons fait 1 semaine dans cet établissement.

Hotel tranquillo per una bella e rilassante vacanza a Ksamil. Lo consiglio
Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camera pulita ed ampia. Bel balcone. Presenza climatizzatore. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Ottima colazione presso bar/ristorante dall'altro lato della strada, per gli italiani si tenga conto che non ci sono opzioni dolci. Vicinanza a piedi (circa 7' di cammino) alle belle ma piccole spiagge di Ksamil. Buona comunicazione con la struttura anche prima dell'arrivo tramite what's app per organizzare il check-in dato che non c'è una vera e propria reception sempre presidiata. Posizione molto vicina al centro ma leggermente decentrata sulla strada principale. Parcheggio dedicato. Zona comunque silenziosa, si è dormito benissimo. Wi-Fi ottimamente funzionante.

Cons:

"Armadio" piccolo. Bagno piccolo ma tuttavia doccia molto ampia. Lavabo poco ergonomico e luce dello specchio solo di design ma poco o nulla funzionale. Assenza ascensore. Occorrerebbe qualche molletta per il bucato in più. Scarso isolamento luminoso. Non ci sono spazi comuni.

Pros:

Habitaciones muy amplias, estaba todo muy limpio. Tiene una terraza grande con un tendedero, que se agradece para secar los bañadores.
La ubicación es perfecta si quieres una estancia tranquila, estas a 10 min caminando de playas o el centro.
Tienes parking en el recinto.

Cons:

No hay ascensor.
Nunca hay nadie en recepción, te comunicas vía whatssap y para contestar es justa en palabras.

Minden a legnagyobb rendben volt. Tiszta, szép, kényelmes, jól felszerelt, modern szobák. Közel a központhoz, mégis csendes helyen. Minden szempontból megfelelt.

Cons:

There was never anyone at reception. Had to phone someone and wait for them to arrive to check in
Room was meant to have a garden view, but it actually was the ground floor right next to parking space , so Terence looked straight onto a car the entire stay.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was good.

Cons:

1- The staff wasn't kind at all.
2- I asked for a room decoration to celebrate my wedding anniversary, and it was the worst part of the trip. They asked for 35€ just to put 7 balloons, some artificial paper (to simulate flowers) on the floor, and 7 unlit candles, and they forgot to write the message on the bed (it was the most important thing for me). I asked to renegotiate the price after seeing this chaotic decoration, but they refused my request aggressively.
