This is the best hotel in all of Georgia!
Pros:

The staff is polite, happy to help, and very helpful to guests.
As soon as we arrived, we felt the pampering nature of this hotel. I could have lived in the hotel for the rest of my life in the same room we were in. This hotel pampers you!
There was no queue at the reception and we didn't have to walk more than 2 meters to the elevator. It was easy to find the room and get in.
The room is huge and luxurious and has a sunny balcony of at least 25 square meters. High above Pushkin Street (3rd floor), it offers a view of the city.
The bathroom is huge (about 30 square meters), with a shower and a towel warmer.
The room has air conditioning and heating as needed. The lighting in the room is strong and it is also well lit at night.
Everything is clean and polished to an insane level, the linens and bed, the pillows, and the floor.
The closets in the room have enough space to store 2 full suitcases. Every day they give 2 small bottles of water for free as well as disposable cups for hot drinks, as well as tea and coffee bags.
There are curtains to close the windows and prevent light and noise from entering.
Breakfast is buffet style and includes:
Small baked potatoes.
Chicken with gravy.
Omelettes.
Two types of pork sausage.
Brie cheese and other hard cheese.
Yogurt.
White cheese.
Granula and muesli.
One type of cake.
A very tasty croissant.
Honey and jam.
3 types of bread.
3-4types of fruit.
A jug of milk, a jug of hot water, a jug of coffee.
Several types of tea.
Orange juice.
Mayonnaise and ketchup.
Lettuce.
Tomato.
Cucumber.
Gambas.
And more..
The restaurant is elegant and clean. The hotel has a secret entrance from the restaurant, like in the movie Howl's Moving Castle. The food cured my digestive problems.
The hotel is close to everywhere. Walking distance from kosher restaurants, the funicular, the Gallery Mall, the money changers, and closes to old Tbilisi behind it.
I had waves of excitement and happiness, I am so happy about this hotel.

Cons:

I must say that the area is unusually noisy and there may be noise at night that will make it impossible to sleep without air conditioning and earplugs.

Het zag er mooi en veel belovend uit op de foto's, maar was het net allemaal niet

THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN QUIET AREA,CONVENIENTLY, 10 MINUTES FROM THE CITY CENTER. MODERN DESIGN, COMFORTABLE MATTRESS AND PILLOWS. BREAKFAST WASN'T GREAT,AND THE MENU HASN'T CHANGED.
