Уютный свежий отель в старом городе
Pros:

Очень приятный отель в самом центре Тбилиси.
Номер большой, есть балкон с видом на центр города.
При заселении выдали купон на бесплатный бокал вина в местонм ресторане.
Стоимость проживания для центра Тбилиси - более чем приятная.

Disappointing
Pros:

The staff are absolutely amazing — genuinely helpful, always smiling, and very supportive. Their attitude is one of the few highlights of the stay.
The hotel’s location is also excellent, situated in a key spot where you can easily walk to most of the city’s attractions.

Cons:

The hotel’s services, facilities, and overall experience are far from what you would expect from a 5‑star property. I would rate it 3 stars at best.
The breakfast was extremely disappointing, with very limited options. The bed was uncomfortable, which made the stay even worse. Overall, this was one of my most unpleasant hotel experiences. I booked under the impression that it was a true 5‑star hotel, but it clearly is not.
Additionally, they do not offer room service after 10 PM, which means you cannot order dinner to your room at that time—another major inconvenience.
This stay fell well below my expectations.
