Room was ok, bath a bit small, had a moskito net which was needed, breakfast with a quite variety of food. Had warm water and all the basic equipment you need. Stayed one night.
Room was to the parking area and cars reversing with a piep tone could be easily heard in lower floor. When asking via booking.com whether a double bed could be provided and whether cash payment in Euro is possible, we were refered to the hotel reception (where we had not contact details at that time; but both was possible). In general a bit highly priced (while breakfast was included for two people).

They were very friendly and helpful when I needed their service while outside the hotel
Location, price and staff. Staff was outstanding - from front desk to cleaning staff. Very customer oriented and willing to go extra mile to satisfy hotel guests’ needs
The facilities, especially restaurant area need brighter lighting and set up. Otherwise the rooms and restaurant area were clean.
The air-conditioning is working perfectly
I got room 206, which reception said it was the suite. The describing text talks about terrace, hot tub, view on pool. None of this even exists, I feel betrayed. The normal price is 100 usd, way to much for what is offered. The description is not only misleading, it is fake. There is NO hot tub. The bathroom is super tiny. The water coming from the shower, after a long time gets warm, but there is very little water coming out of it. WiFi is present, but staff does not even know the password of the strongest Wi-Fi
Our booked rooms were not available. The hotel was full. Manager was not present and didn't communicate with the hotel reception.

The place is quiet & the rooms are clean
I was waken up at night by a big water leak in the bathroom & there was water all over the floor in my room. However I must say I was immediately given another room.
Also I have seen much better breakfast in cheaper hotels

The shower was great! Hot and good pressure!
Breakfast at 6.30 was not ready….. we waited till 7 but had to leave without much choice to eat.
