The localisation is 8 min from Tianzifang, the hotel is clean, the shower and bathroom was good. Nothing to complain about!

Bon rapport qualité prix mais personnel de l’accueil médiocre
Pros:

La qualité des équipements de la chambre et la propreté.
La situation géographique pas loin de tout en même temps le calme . La vue qu’offrait la chambre

Cons:

La dame de l’accueil très désagréable qui reçoit les clients en fonction des critères qu’elle est la seule à définir dans sa tête, nous avait attribué une chambre en dessous du tarif qu’on avait payé. Elle nous a même dit que si on était pas content elle nous rembourserait pour qu’on parte il était tard dans la nuit on venait d’arriver de Pékin très fatigués. On a tenu bon et finalement c’est à contre cœur elle a consenti à nous donner la chambre que nous avions repérer nous même en montant dans les étages et qui correspondait au tarif supérieur que nous avions payé lors de notre réservation

Pros:

Lovely staying at Tiancheng Hotel.
Deluxe room on the 25th floor, perfectly clean and maintained daily. We could enjoy beautiful sunrises during our stay. Good location, lots of nice places around to taste local food.

Shanghai Tiancheng
Pros:

Very helpful staff at reception who helped me sort out a dinner booking & transport there for the day after we arrived in Shanghai.

We'll placed, very comfortable & spacious rooms.

Cons:

The only issue I had was the room temperature. It was really cold the night we arrived. I went to reception to enquire & the response was to turn off the air con (that goes to all rooms) but the room still took a couple of days to warm up.

Also, the evening meal at the restaurant on Floor 7 was pleasant but I was very glad I hadn't booked breakfast for the 4 night stay, that was disappointing. The only good part was the coffee. Stale croissants & Danish, the butter tasted like it had been left out of the fridge too long or left in the sun. Cold fried eggs.... However I think the restaurant is a separate entity.

역과 가까운 깨끗하고 편안한 호텔
Pros:

룸이 크고 깨끗,침대컨디션 최고.
아침식사 꽤 괜찮아.위치도 역에서 가깝고 마트,상하이식당들이 민집해있다.
하우스키핑 직원이 매우 친절하다.

Cons:

가끔 식당에서 손님들이 시끄럽다.휴대폰 통화시 매우매우 시끄럽다. 휴대폰 영상을 매우 큰소리로 시청한다.그런데 호텔에서는 아무도 제지하거나 안내하지 않는다.중국의 특징인가?
공중도덕이 1등시민이 되기에는 다소 모자라다.
