Sympa si on ne passe pas ses vacances enfermé et qu’on aime marcher.
Pros:

Les chambres dispose d’un grand lit et de nombreux rangement ce qui est un plus, dans le nôtre cas nous bénéficions d’une chambre avec un accès à dehors (même si sous une partie de la maison) et ce qui n’est pas le cas de toutes les chambres, il y a une télé assez grande et une douche grande aussi, nous avons également eu la clim. L’établissement est situé à 15/20min de l’aéroport ce qui est un vrai plus, le uber nous a coûté environ 15€ pour l’aller comme le retour.

Cons:

La luminosité n’est pas au top car c’est du sous sol mais cela reste vivable pour quelques jours, les serviettes prêtés sont toutes petites (serviettes à main) prévoyez vos serviettes ! La salle de bain n’a pas été nettoyé (cheveux dans la douche, dentifrice et cheveux dans l’évier, tapis devant les toilettes pas très propre non plus). La piscine est assez petite et n’étais pas très propre la seule fois où nous y sommes aller (peut-être de la mal chance). Il y avait quelques moisissures au fond des placards. L’établissement est situé au sous sol d’une maison de retraite mais cela ne dérange pas, il y a une quinzaine de minute pour accéder à la plage et environ 40min pour accéder au centre de zadar, il n’y a rien aux alentours appart le lidl à 15min à pied.

Habitacion comoda, parking y cerca del centro
Pros:

Linda habitacion, comoda y muy limpia, buen trato del hombre que nos recibio , tiene parking gratis y a 10 minutos en automovil del centro de Zadar.

Pros:

Court séjour de dernière minute et d'une seule nuit mais très agréable.
Petite chambre sobre mais correcte.
Accueil incroyable de Mario et sa famille, on se sent comme chez soi !
De super conseils pour visiter et se déplacer dans la ville mais aussi pour la suite de notre périple !

Pros:

Good location not far to drive to the city centre and to the airport.
Very clean
Kitchen to share with big fridge and washing machine
The small pool is enough to cool down and for the kids to play
We stayed only 1 night, so it was just perfect

Cons:

At first I didn't like that our room was in the basement with small windows to look out, but at second thought I must say the place in the basement was cooler in the hot weather - therefore perfect

Pros:

Objekat je bio veoma udoban i prijatan za boravak. Sve je bilo čisto i uredno, što je ostavilo odličan utisak. Domaćini su bili ljubazni i uslužni, a komunikacija je tekla bez problema. Lokacija je pogodna i lako dostupna, a ambijent je miran i prijatan. Sve u svemu, boravak je ispunio sva očekivanja i rado bih ponovo došao.

Sve je bilo super.
